I purchased Calm Puffs because the website advertised a “30 Day Happiness Guarantee,” encouraged customers to “Try Calm Puffs at home,” and stated that if I didn’t love how they felt, my first order would be refunded within 30 days. It also advertised “100% Happiness Guarantee,” “No risks,” “No stress,” and, on certain product pages, “No return needed.”

After using the product, I experienced migraines and developed a significant skin reaction. I contacted customer service expecting the company to honor the guarantee that influenced my purchase. Instead, I was told I was not eligible for a refund because the product had been opened.

My concern is that the advertising encourages customers to try the product, but my experience was that trying it prevented me from receiving the advertised guarantee. I believe consumers should carefully review the company’s refund policy and keep screenshots of the guarantees shown at the time of purchase. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Colorado Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division regarding my experience. Also, dispute it with your BANK. Take screenshots and print them and submit with your bank. They will approve you because they are false advertising! Take the time! I don’t want to but I am to protect other and to teach them a lesson.

I ordered 12 diffusers. When they arrived, fresh out of there little boxes, 6 diffusers tasted horrible and burnt. I emailed the company and they have done nothing to help. On their website it clearly stated a first time customer guarantee. 100% refund. When emailing the company, they said that due to a lack of physical trauma that could have been done when shipped, that Calm Puffs was only going to refund me 25% of what I paid. I screenshotted the page about the customer guarantee and policy and attached it to an email to them. That was yesterday morning. They’ve ghosted me now for 24 hours. I do not recommend this company. They are scammers and will only take your money for defective diffusers that taste burnt.

This place is nothing but a joke. When I ordered the refund policy was a new client can return with no issues. I got the order the flow was awful and well as the taste. The flow alone should have been an automatic refund. I sent an email and without quick response they have me issues right away. All of a sudden the return policy was changed. I asked how to return no response at all. I kept getting sane responses without solution. Their last offer was $9.00 off the entire order.

Never received my order. Received confirmation email of my purchase and then a tracking number. This tracking number stated delivered and showed pictures of delivery. Pictures had a different name and address (another state). Sent multiple messages to company through their website and also through facebook messenger requesting help with my order. Also responded to a text that I had received. Many times was told they will look into it but never any follow up. Truly feel this site is a scam. I only placed a small order to see if this was a good product but still lost out on money. I would like to warn others to be cautious about ordering.
