A question I had during the ordering process was answered promptly by a representative named Rose. Otherwise, establishing an account was a breeze. Now, I’ll see whether the order will be fulfilled in the timeline stated. If so, my prescription is costing a fraction of what I had been paying to another Canadian firm for the same product and same source.

Had to resend prescription multiple…
Had to resend prescription multiple times when I witnessed the transmission from my Doctor's facility. This has happened before on previous order. Also, not allowing me to order generic version of product unless a new prescription is sent. This is bad customer relations. If you have rules and conditions put them on your website. Learn to be more efficient.

While we understand that the prescription was transmitted directly from your doctor’s facility, there are instances where technical issues, transmission errors, or regulatory verification requirements prevent us from receiving or validating it correctly. We regret that this has occurred more than once in your case.
Regarding the generic medication, please note that pharmacy regulations require a specific authorization from the prescribing doctor to dispense a generic alternative when the prescription is written for a brand-name product.
