there is no service

there is no service, one disappointment is that there are constant problems with delivery. close it forever!!! this would be the best option that can be done with it so that it does not spoil people's nerves and cause any inconvenience😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Andrew W711 delivered my parcel with great care to my apartment door here in Castle Downs Edmonton. There were a few glitches with the credit card machine but he came back the same day to deliver instead of waiting until Thursday. He has a a really lovely personality. A super nice guy!

The worker is a new recruit and unprosfessional, even filling the address he have make at least 3-4 mistakes,
1- wrong recipient name, 2- erronous item name, 3- missing address information. The print quality of the packages tickets ink is partial readable.
As of today my package have been lost I believe and and it over 60 days.

Bad Service

I sent a letter to my mom for mother’s day and canada post deliver the letter to my dad mailbox and my mom is in the US and my dad is in canada with me that letter go to my mom mailbox. Canada Post needs better service and i went to the post office few days ago and my dad write the right address

Worse Delivery Service

I cringe when I see Canada Post is delivering my stuff. They take 4X longer to deliver packages. Something 1 hour from my home took 4 days to show up. Tracking information is never accurate and often doesn't even update.

Letter Carriers Perform Poorly in Condos

I live in a condo building and the letter carrier makes NO attempt on more than one occasion to get a signature for a package. They simply leave a card in the mail room saying the customer unavailable even though I was home. I then have to drive to postal station to
retrieve package. UPS driver had no problem coming to my door during same week and getting signature with a smile.

Unreliable and Inconsistent!

If there was any rating lower than 1, I would choose it! Unbelievably slow regular mail delivery service since they returned from the strike unless you want to pay the exorbitant fees for Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel. On top of that, we are constantly receiving mail that doesn’t belong to us!

Très mauvais service

Très mauvais service , ont nous fais payer pour express poste ont perd notre collis peux pas nous dire quand ont va le recevoir et après il veulent qu ont soutien leur grève ! Honnêtement poste canada ne sont pas capable d assurer un bon service devrait peut être commencer à mettre la clé sous la porte et laisser d autre compagnie faire leur job

Opened my community box today and guess what? My letter mail was slit opened on the side! Why bother putting it in the mailbox if delivery person stole it already? This is the first time I lost items for letter mails. What importance does a kpop idols’ photocards mean to you anyway?! I DO! YOU GUYS DONT 🫵

EXPRESS POST is SNAIL MAIL

Canada post’s EXPRESS POST is anything BUT express…. I had a bogus charge on my Credit Card and the bank immediately cancelled it on Monday and sent me a new one. I explained that I needed it quickly as I was going to the USA on Saturday afternoon. BANK said no problem we will send it express post which is 2 business days but there’s a $25.00 cost for that. The envelope shows on hand at Cda Post Tuesday in Markham, Ont for delivery to Hanover, Ont, in 2 days. I am apprx 2-1/2 hrs away. I started tracking it Wednesday AM and it showed in transit. Later that day, it showed in transit via RICHMOND B.C. So I called CDA POST and was told that’s it’s a normal routing and not to worry, it wil still be delivered Friday between 10:30am and 2:30pm. I waited all day Friday and nothing. At 10pm, I checked tracking and nothing changed, still showing the earlier delivery that day. Now no one at Cda Post for updates. Sat am, I checked the tracking and now it showed expected delivery Tuesday March 4th, 8 days in transit… Why not MONDAY????. That’s what they call express. If I’d known I would have driven the 5 hrs return to pick it up. Now I’ve had to change the flights with costs as a result and still not sure if it will even get here then??? I phoned Cda Post again 5th time now around noon Sat., and the rep simply apologized. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told no one available but that she would get a supervisor to call me back within an hour or so…. Its been over 7 hrs and still no call back. So I called again at 18:30 and was told sorry again and that there’s no supervisor on Duty on week-ends…. At least this last lady was more receptive. But still no idea what or where it is. I would go pick it up if I knew that. So I have to wait until 9am Monday to find out where it is and what’s next…. So aside from the $25 fee, I'm also out for my flight rebook but can't rebook until I'm sure I have the Card or ill have to make another rebook and another cost. No wonder they are going in the hole…..What an incompetent company.

18 days to deliver a local letter!
Date stamp on the envelope is: 2025.02.10. envelope containing concert tickets arrived in my mailbox on 2025.02.28. That's 18 days folks and they wonder why they're losing money.
by the way the concert was on 2025.02.22, so the tickets were 6 days late.

Negligent Company

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the non-delivery of my package, which tracking information indicated had been delivered. Despite searching extensively for five days, I was unable to locate the package.

It is important to note that if the package had been delivered to the community mailbox, I should have had access to the keys necessary to retrieve it; there were no keys left. Furthermore, I found it particularly frustrating that Canada Post employees asserted that the package was delivered to my address while simultaneously presenting evidence indicating it was delivered to an alternative location that had nothing to do with my address.

Additionally, no photographic evidence is provided to confirm the actual delivery location and where the package was placed. The details recorded only specify Oshawa, ON, lacking any associated postal code or precise address. It is totally different from and isn't my address.

To exacerbate the situation, Canada Post has communicated with the company from which I purchased the item regarding this error. However, I have yet to receive any updates or communication from them, and I am still without the package in question.

Given that the delivery driver has not provided a definitive location for where they delivered my package nor any proof to substantiate the claim, it is challenging to ascertain what expectations Canada Post has for my understanding of this situation.
This is careless, negligent, and dishonest.
And I'm not happy at all.

Thanks Post Canada but no thanks. I don't even refer to your work prior to your strike but after. My last bills were late, very late and I am the one paying consequences. My financial statement with my account number is gone! Are you going to reimburse me for loss if this will happen? I'm doing no more business with this company!

It's a joke

It's a joke they are not working at all they are pretending to work taking care of family and friends as all i have gotten in the last 2 months is flyers and box renewal. Not one bill has come not one package of the many i have whos working here i believe they are on a silent strike by not doing anything, takes 1 or 2 days to go across country yet once it gets to local post office it takes 3 days or more to go 45 minutes away, why send mail that's supposed to go to the pas to flin flon and then some days it will scan flin flon then ten minutes later it's here hmmm how did it move that fast. These liars have a scanner they can say it's in flin flon when it actually here they just don't want to hustle like everyone else you are terrible workers and you would not get another dime raise and further more I would kick you all outside again in that damn cold as you all seem to enjoy on your picket lines. This company and it's upper management is a disgrace and those unions are terrible greedy pos.

several times they postponed the…

several times they postponed the delivery date on the day of delivery! and once again they left a piece of paper with instructions on when and where to receive my parcel, this is when you come home and expect to pick up your parcel, then instead of this you have to wait a day to go to the branch and pick up the parcel there, and why did you deliver it on a weekday during working hours?! Why couldn't you have left it at the branch and I would have just come and picked it up a day earlier? No one is responsible for anything at this post office, no one cares what happened to you, leaving a review is just as unrealistic as receiving your parcel, stupid post office and the most unreliable

Not the workers delivering but "those in charge"!
I saw pictures, I know people that work for you. All our mail just sitting in a wearhouse since Dec what, 9th???
Shameful!!!

Date of experience? Try every time I've used Canada post! Since at least 2017.
