Garbage service

This crown corp is the worst company in all of Canada. The current strike is complete and udder BS. WE ALL need more money, you guys get paid more than most people already. Stop being greedy and lazy useless incompetent people and do your job like the rest of everybody in the country. The union for this company is so entitled it’s insane. Why do us citizens deserve to be punished for your inconveniences? Everybody in this country is struggling right now and you are making it worse. And when the company is operating it can’t even deliver anything on time, and by the time Friday comes and you still haven’t got your package you have to wait all weekend because they don’t deliver on weekends like every other delivery service does. Lazy entitled greedy workers/company. If I had the choice to use somebody else I would. No wonder why you guys lost 3 billion $ since 2018, because you SUCK. Get back to work and get your shit together Canada post. Start delivering on weekends and get rid of that greedy union. I don’t like my pay but can I strike? No!

Lost over 300$ because of money grams…

Lost over 300$ because of money grams they put the wrong info on the money gram then tell me to call money gram to fix it and I didn't have time so I repurchased from a different location for my money gram and that worked out but now I have money sitting in money grams pocket not refunding me

I have a duplicate payment from the post office of 100$ my bank contacted me otherwise I would have just carried on not knowing
Post office is asking me to give my receipt from the duplicate transaction when it shows on my bank statement
I had spoken on the phone with them they said no problem just come down here at 1:00 with your bank statement then I walked there took me half hour they tell me I need the receipt and they're not kind there I left in tears because they were too busy to help me

Don't waste your money on express shipping

Don't waste your money on express post! There is literally no difference in delivery time, in fact I'm convinced it takes longer if you pay for them to speed it up. Absolute rip off and I think Canada Post owes every Canadian citizen money from all the years they've taken it for quick delivery meanwhile it shows up late everytime. What a sad excuse for a professional organization. People delivering your mail use to care if you recieved it on time, now you're lucky if you get it and in an age where it couldn't be easier to deliver it. I'm going to laugh when we finally eliminate Canada Post for good and come up with a better method.

Disappointed experience
The service of Canada post is not great. They are just blaming to India post while they do great job than Canada post. In my case, the delivery boy didn’t reach to me, he or she gave what reason, no one know. Everyone in customer service was saying the same statement, there is an issue, what no one know the genuine reason sending back the parcel to sender. I am waiting for package since ten days but they did not hold it even one day I visited many post offices in brampton in mississauga, but no-one provide me solution of my problem. The sender paid money and spent his time which is totally waste. Even I talk with supervisor with reference number, he was saying one thing again and again, he can’t do anything as well as, he cut the call while I am speaking. I did call a lot of time to customer service. I am totally disappointed.

What is going on with CP???

My package got missing in their facility in Mississauga (not for the first time) and I tried to contact CP customer service for help and to point to the repeating problem since I have an insider information that some packages which fell of the belt usual sitting on the floor for days if not for weeks. From the other side I got just ignorance and arrogance, phrases which are an insult to common sense. What is going on with CP??? We all pay for their salaries but some of their employees treat us with such groundless arrogance.

I order from Amazon because they…

I order from Amazon because they deliver to my door. I have physical limitations. I ordered a small desk but Canada Post in my location only delivers with cars. So they’re holding my desk at their office. I can’t go get it and they won’t deliver it. Never had any problems with private delivery companies.

i have lost all confidence in CANADA…

i have lost all confidence in CANADA POST.Their policy for items not registered they take no responsibility to find out why they have gone missing. Very frustrating to send a close friend & his wife their 50th Wedding Anniversary card on Aug 12 for their Aug 17th Anniversary. It has not arrived yet from Burnaby Metrtown to Washington State. It's time CANADA POST review their policies. If i could i would give CAN POST a zero.

Once again another late package with Canada Post

Once again another late package with Canada Post. I have paid extra money for expedited shipping for an item and it is 2 days late. It says in transit and has been in my city for 3 days. I cannot get a refund as I am not the sender. I'm so sick of Canada Post and it's scams. Why charge for a service you cannot commit to and then receive no refund? Why can't I just pick this up myself instead of having to wait for you clowns. I would rate Canada Post a negative if I could.

My online retailer used CP to deliver

My extremely reliable online retailer used CP to deliver. I never received the parcel. 2nd parcel in 8 weeks I have not received. Police are now involved and strongly suspect an inside CP job. Shame on you, Canada Post, pathetic.

Failure to deliver parcel

Canada Post claims my parcel was delivered to the parcel locker but no key was in the mailbox. They make every effort to not be helpful. When you try to make a complaint they want you to blame an individual when the failure is with the company and the virtual assistant.

Utterly useless service

Utterly useless service. Always use an alternative if you can. The website/tracking says that they left a Notice ( they didn’t), so they gave me a Notice numbers as well as tracking number to take to a nearby office. The person there couldn’t find the item. I asked what I should do; they said nothing. A third world country would do better

They are thieves I sent a bag from…

They are thieves I sent a bag from toronto to Saskatchewan it says in transit I called them to know what is going on then they decided they want to send a cheque to me as a refund now they are saying they cannot find my item.They must have stolen it because I have a lot of valuables in it very useless company this is a very sad situation. Don’t use them
