A customer for a few years now, I don't feel cheated at all in terms of the current time/functionality/limit of my package,
you have to have a SaaS to understand the value of the product in its entirety. (change your UI via GTM without any tech profile -> game changer)

I feel the product was falsely advertised. It will not perform as advertised. Total waste of money. I try not to leave bad reviews but I had to on this AI.

Wow! Candu is a great tool that helped us design our dashboard, and some other elements on our website in minutes without writing a line of code. We bought their LTD before, and still now, their support is great, we receive replies in just a few minutes. So far, the support is great, Kudos to Lauren in the Support Team!

I see a lot of negative reviews here, because of one of their YouTube videos, maybe the founder has said that accidentally, but I don't think that Candu team will do like that. They are improving the product every day, some features aren't available to their LTD users, but that's fine, because, for a one time fee, the features that we currently have access to are more than enough. But, would like to get those features as an add-on if possible, we love it!

A co-founder of Candu published a video on Youtube saying that it's a good strategy to cheat buyers into buying now with features planned to be made free in the future. Buyers are a great free crowdsource to be used to collect feedback and testimonials. There's even a slide deck built to teach other founders to follow suit.

Unfortunately the Youtube video had been taken down by Candu. Yet the exact copy of the video has been preserved and out on the internet.

All I can say is, this is NOT a company you can trust AT ALL, not even a tiny bit.
Caveat emptor!

The founders just want make buyers pay for a future free plan . Won't be surprised if they write a book: How to use buyers to pay for your free plan, and test your product for free, ask them to support each other and get raving reviews with marketing benefits

Product is meh, supported them as they promised that it would get better in the future and the purchase also included all future updates, but now they have pulled the plug on the early adopters and have made all the future updates paid for us which defeats the purpose. The founder also goes on video explaining how to sell on appsumo the features that would eventually be offered for free on the product release and make money off unsuspecting early adopters, to him it seems like early adopters are nothing but free bug detectors that help in improving the quality of the product, who he can screw over later. The management ethics is flawed, please stay away from this so called can do product that cant do anything.

I bought their product on Appsumo where they offered all future updates, but now that I can't refund, they mentioned that they won't be including future updates. Therefore I am not sure if this company can be trusted since they change their conditions from one day to another and basically used us. Apart from that, their customer support is very responsive and the product seems promising and easy to use.

Have you ever had a support staff pull a dev off a big project to fix a stupid problem? Something that ends up taking all day for the dev to fix, costing you a fortune, but should have been simple?
Candu makes it easy for our support staff to fix up issues for our client with no dev or design background. Really enjoying this one, added a bunch of features to our site without hassle or issue. A+ Candu team!

Candu is a no code webpage editor I recently purchased.

My base web application is Wix, and Candu is somewhat similar in several respects, easy and smooth. Moreover, one can create a ‘Style guide’ with standardized fonts and aesthetic patterns.

Well, the greatest forte of Candu to my mind is Personalization. One can create user defined segments of users based on their traits as well as their actions on our website.

Each segment can thereby be shown tailored content. This can have several use cases right from marketing, offers, retention, user logged in dashboards and much more.

I am excited to understand what sweets are coming up on Candu’s roadmap. My favorite one is integration with CRM. That might mean ability to personalize at an individual user level (if my understanding is right).

Candu has a slight learning curve involved (you can’t expect to get productive on it from the first hour!) but the upsides are manifold. I look forward to uncovering more and more in Candu and the business benefiting from it.

The user interface is good. I would recommend checking out the docs and tutorials to understand the concept of Candu, once you understand the relative terms Content, Portal and Segments it is all easy-peasy after that. I like the overall concept and the ability to segment depending on various factors. Trendy UI elements and robust functionality.

On the edge? I highly recommend giving it a shot and you will fall in love with it and save heaps of time, you can thank me later!

Great Modular Content Platform

I found Candu when I was looking for a way to make modules for my website. Integrating the modules into my website required some basic technical knowledge of javascript, but the onboarding helped. I especially enjoyed the amusing videos and tutorials which is rare in a professional company. Overall, I think Candu has helped my content creation and lead generation process while also being fun to use.

This is perfect for our white labeled app that lets us use custom javascript inside the app. Candu makes it easy to allow us to put announcements of new features & checklists directly inside the app and make our white labeled app seem more custom.

I am looking for an application that can attract the attention of website visitors to run campaigns advertising services. There are many apps out there to create different types of pop ups, but Candu is really different.
- You can create a variety of content, with an unlimited number of designs, the limit is only your imagination
- You can manage all the content in just one application, and use that content on many different websites
- Just an embed code, no need to interfere with the website design code or worry about ruining the original design
- You can create content to work such as: advertising, instructions, customer care, user information collection, information display for each object...

I am very satisfied when using Candu, its benefits far outweigh the money I spent to buy it if compared to other far inferior products.

I run a custom-built online marketplace and I was always looking for solutions to reduce the reliance on my web application developers to make changes to the marketing copywriting and information that we have on our marketplace.

As a startup, I constantly need to iterate the marketing message over again and try new content. I've explored using headless CMS such as Contentful, but it turns out that it's not intuitive enough for my non-techie marketing team. It's always difficult to visualise with headless CMS.

I'm amazed by what Candu is offering as it's exactly what we were looking for all the time! It's a great way for us to constantly change our marketing message on our marketplace and see what works best.

Awesome way to modify my front end easily.

I've been looking for the perfect onboarding tool and Candu is the outstanding solution for me. I love the easy onboarding that Candu gives you when you first setup your account because it helps walk you through setting up your own walkthroughs. It was very easy to get my account set and being able to set up multiple workspaces is an awesome feature. If you are looking for an onboarding too that can help you get started quickly and easily, then Candu can do it for you for you.

Working with many clients, all on different CMS systems, some bespoke and others with restricted access, Candu allows for fast and easy installation for a myriad of widgets and functions, with amazing speed.
The UI is clean and easy to follow from the start and they have a wealth of knowledge for you to learn from, as well as use cases and tutorials. Really looking forward to diving more into this platform.
