I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY SURVIVE. GARBAGE, SCAM AND LIES. THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN THERE ARE TOO MANY COMPLAINTS. NOT EVEN A SINGLE CUSTOMER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH CANPAR. ONLY IF THERE IS AN OPTION FOR 0 STAR.
THE DRIVER WANTED ME TO HELP HIM BRING IT UP THE 6 STAIRS
IT WAS A JOKE I AM DISABLED AND 65 AND THE DRIVER WANTED ME TO HELP HIM BRING IT UP THE 6 STAIRS TO MY FRONT DOOR ON MY PORCH SO I TOLD HIM TO RETURN IT. OF COURSE, THE YOUNG GUY MANAGED TO BRING IT UP
CANPAR do NOT deliver
CANPAR do NOT deliver, they directly leave a note on the door saying the client wasn't home and force you to go pick it up at one of their terminals.
The delivery options on the tracking page are also simply ignored and NOT taken into consideration. If I could, I would leave zero stars.
$400 Package left in the open
$400 Package left at my front door (I live on a main street with no porch, no fence... Just a driveway that's 10 feet away from the sidewalk and all can see everything in front of my house.
Doesn't matter if there needs a signature, if you're going to leave it somewhere... Take the 2 minutes it takes to walk behind the house and leave it out back where its safe.
0IQ deliveries every time and I will no longer be supporting ANY company that uses these clowns.
Now I have to wait and pray my package is still there when I get back in 5 hours.
Always lies and says I'm not home, no knock, no call
As title says. Every time I have the displeasure of having a company ship with Canpar, the courier does not even bring a package to my door. I've watched them on the ring doorbell.
They just put the 'not home' notice on my door and leave, don't even knock.
My pickup truck is usually parked in the driveway, so its obvious I am actually home. These clowns just the laziest couriers in Canada.
Bogus tracking
The package says 5 days in Quebec then went to Edmonton where it sat another 5 days. Today they claim a delivery attempted, but I was in the parking lot with a customer we seen no one, Not a truck,van or vehicle. Tried asking Canpar and have been on hold for 50 minutes. No notice of the alleged delivery. Pure crap

Bonjour! J'ai un colis transmis au mauvais transporteur (d'après les informations de suivi) depuis le 21 août 2025. J'ai contacté la compagnie par téléphone, l'on m'a assuré qu'un suivi sera fait, rien jusqu'à date. Perte de temps et perte de colis ??

garbage. guy rang our bell, i buzzed him in, waited at my unit door, he never shows. tracking says "recipient not home". i literally buzzed him in. i took the day off work. it was a VERY expensive item. if this was the first time thishappened i might think, oh maybe he was too tired. this has HAPPENED before. theyLIE LIEL LIE. been om hold for 45 min no one picks up.

Horrible experience! Delivered my package an hour away from where I live which clearly wasn’t the address on my package and left it with a woman named Melissa. Absolutely horrible delivery service.
Very unprofesional
This comapny is rhe worst company. After i put my order in and seeing it was in transit for 3 days i fi ally got a hold of the company and very rudely they told me.it was updates on theyr tracking app that my order was going to be late... that after my order was suppose to be delivered already yesterday. What a joke of a company this is.. dont give them your money cause you will regret it...
Had 3 items in my delivery and only two were delivered
I ordered an item with two accessories, so a total of 3 items being delivered. The company that I bought it from took forever to send it and then I got an email stating it's been shipped and was arriving today. I get a notification that the "items" were delivered. I check and only two items were delivered, which were the accessories and not the main item. I call customer service and they told me it will be delivered later today. I waited a few hours and called back. This time the customer service rep wasn't sure where the item is and will reach out to the branch about this item. Horrible experience. I've never had a package being delivered in two parts from two different people when it's all been ordered together. Frustrating

Ils ont 4 boites a me livrer, il est marqué partout qu’il y a 4 boites dans son registre et sur les dites boites, ils m’ont livrer la 2/4 et la 3/4 en mentionnant qu’ils ont tout livrer, je les appels et ils me répondent que le livreur avait pas vu qu’il y avait 4 boites ils vont pt me les livrer la semaine suivante. Peut etre ils sont pas certain… plus de 2000$ dans ces boites et je ne suis pas en mesure de savoir ou sont elle…. Service nul qui n’arrive jamais quand ca doit arriver, ils garochent les boites a livrer sur le bord de la porte en ne se souciant pas de ce que cela peut contenir. Si il est ecrit fragille ils le tirent juste plus fort au sol… je ne les conseille vraiment pas GLS sont meilleur que eux et de loins c pas peut dire
Pire compagnie de livraison
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les compagnies font affaire avec eux, ca fait deux fois que j’attends des des colis importants et il sont toujours bloqué mon colis est a l’entrepôt de ma région depuis 4h40 ce matin et n'est même pas sorti pour livraison pourtant la date estimée est bien aujourd’hui je déteste cette compagnie pas capable de livrer leur chose dans les temps….

Update: it was received at the end of my driveway was a beaten up box. There were a few more "wrong addresses" and days it just sat.
Package was delivered to wrong address twice. Finally got hold of customer service and they blamed Amazon for giving them wrong address. Was due to be here yesterday to the correct address. Still waiting.

I placed an order over six weeks ago. To this day, I still haven’t received my order. The lack of reliability and communication has been extremely frustrating. I had high hopes for this company, but the long wait and constant delays have left me very disappointed and frustrated. I would caution others to be prepared for a very slow shipping process.

A parcel was sent from Vaughn and went to etobicoke ontario. Then got rerouted to Edmonton. The people from epic contacted canpar and Kamal assured epic the parcel would be delivered over the weekend. I canceled my weekend. Waiting for the package worth$1000 I missed the passing of an older sister. You have to review your hiring practices. My package still hasn't got to me in london ontario boo
They don't delivery anything
We have people 24/7 at home, and they don't even bother to ring the bell or knock the door, they just leave a note saying they missed us and we have to pick up wherever we bought in somewhere...and if I wish another "attempt" of delivery I should pay $10 + fees (and if they "miss" you again you need to pay another 10).
If I want to pick up something I'll buy it direct in a store and not online.
This company is the worst of all delivery companies ever.
It's workers are the worst workers in this business.
They don't even try to help.
