The website is easy to navigate…
The website is easy to navigate compared to similar sites. The canvas prints I requested were produced in India and did not arrive as scheduled even with expedited shipping paid. They arrived after I had moved to a new area and was unable to change the shipping address (once notified of actual arrival date) so no comments on the quality. Maybe I’ll update the review once I actually see the prints. Customer service was prompt in their replies but my issue was not resolved leaving me quite disappointed. I would not use CanvasChamp in the future if arrival dates are critical simply based on my negative experience.

Late order, size too small
The order arrived later than was specified on their confirmed delivery date on ordering which meant the gift was late for a birthday present. The sizing of the socks runs very small, we ordered the largest size and they still didn't fit my partner who is a size 10 mens.

Scam - You will not get your product
I ordered custom pillows from this company that never came. I reached out after several weeks to get an update. They said they shipped the order on 08/21/2026 and did not at any point provide a tracking number. They claimed they made delivery attempts on 08/27/2026, 08/28/2026, and 08/31/2026 with nobody to sign. I was never notified of this and they are requesting I send another $12.97 for them to reship the items. I replied twice and it has been 4 days since I got a reply. I successfully disputed this with my bank, but I was able to see that they provided a tracking number to my bank for the dispute. The tracking number is a fake tracking number that does not work. This is a scam.

I ordered canvas print Aug 31 2026 with…
I ordered canvas print Aug 31 2026 with an estimated delivery date of Sept 10 then Sept 14. Fedex tracking shows the print originating in India and traveled to France and currently in Belgium as of Sept 15. I contacted customer service Sept 14 and was told they were researching. If Canvas Champ has a production facility in GA in the USA and I am 2 states away, why would you print in India? I will wait on a response before requesting a refund.
