Scam - You will not get your product
I ordered custom pillows from this company that never came. I reached out after several weeks to get an update. They said they shipped the order on 08/21/2026 and did not at any point provide a tracking number. They claimed they made delivery attempts on 08/27/2026, 08/28/2026, and 08/31/2026 with nobody to sign. I was never notified of this and they are requesting I send another $12.97 for them to reship the items. I replied twice and it has been 4 days since I got a reply. I successfully disputed this with my bank, but I was able to see that they provided a tracking number to my bank for the dispute. The tracking number is a fake tracking number that does not work. This is a scam.

I ordered canvas print Aug 31 2026 with…
I ordered canvas print Aug 31 2026 with an estimated delivery date of Sept 10 then Sept 14. Fedex tracking shows the print originating in India and traveled to France and currently in Belgium as of Sept 15. I contacted customer service Sept 14 and was told they were researching. If Canvas Champ has a production facility in GA in the USA and I am 2 states away, why would you print in India? I will wait on a response before requesting a refund.

The proof looked great, product not so much
The proof looked great, but the metal picture I received was not so great. The final product did not match the quality, colors, or overall appearance I approved. I’m very disappointed, especially because the proof gave me confidence that the finished product would look beautiful.

Poor customer service
Canvas came out very dark. When I asked if it could be remade they refused. When I sent a request for a charge back from my credit card, they emailed me back and asked if I would like it remade, which is what I had asked for weeks ago! I agreed and then never heard back from them again. Horrible customer service and quality. I will never use this company again.
