Hi Sarah, Thank you for giving us such lovely feedback. We are thrilled that you are happy with both the service and tiles.
The most beautiful tiles
The most beautiful (sample) tiles, delivered at speed and well packaged. Unfortunately this time, the colours weren't quite right for the room we had planned them for, but I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

Hello Karen, Thank you for a lovely review, we are pleased you loved the tile and sorry to hear they weren't quite the right colours for your scheme. We hope our tiles will be a perfect match for you future projects.
Poor packaging
Nice tiles, however they arrived in insufficiently packaged box.
High percentage of chipped tiles.

Marlborough Terracotta Parquet
Really easy to order from these guys and the product is exactly what is seen on the website, the delivery was fast, but as expected with the nature of the product we had a few broken ones in the crate, I informed Ca’ Pietra and they had the replacements out to us within 3 days.
All in all a very smooth process.
Thanks guys.

I did not to even want to give this…
I did not to even want to give this company 1 star. They delivered my daughter’s terracotta tiles and so many of them were broken she didn’t have enough. She complained and their response was the tiles are delicate. Well yes they are so why deliver them in a large pallet which had nothing to protect them. They delivered some to replace the broken tiles but yet again poorly packed and broken. They refused to refund and just kept sending emails detailing the tiles were delicate and needed to be cared for - yes the company should have cared for them in packaging and delivery. Truly an awful company - dishonest and very poor customer service! ☹️😡

Hello Susan,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on behalf of your daughter.
We understand that this has been a frustrating situation. The Ca' Pietra Customer Service team has worked diligently to provide replacement items, at no additional cost, as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience caused by the breakages.
The feedback that you and your daughter have provided during our communications regarding the packaging has been shared with our fulfillment team.
We are constantly working hard to find the best balance between providing protection during the shipping of our products and minimising the environmental impact of our packaging. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure the consignments are handled with care.
I am sorry that your experience with Ca P'ietra on this occasion did not meet your expectations.

Hello Jessica, I am sorry to hear you have not received you parcel yet.
Looking at the tracking details, I can see that a delivery attempt was made on 22/10, but no one was available at the property. Following this, there was a request from you for the parcel to be redirected to a pickup location, which is where it is currently being held.
If you are still experiencing issues, please email sales@capietra.com and one of the team will be happy to help.

Hello Helen, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we're thrilled you are happy with our service.
Total lack of customer service and quality control
Unfortunately I never even got to order my tiles due to their lack of customer service and oversights of quality control. I ordered 6 tile samples and was sent the wrong colors. OVER 2 WEEKS AGO I requested the correct colors be sent and they have failed to respond to all 4 of my inquiry emails about the issue. So not only do I not have tiles, but my tiler has been delayed for the project AND they won't reply so I can get a refund on my order. Very sadly, If this is how they treat you prior to the order even being placed, I am not sure what quality service or products you would get after purchasing.

Hello Zena,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience, as this is not the level of service we strive to provide at Ca’ Pietra.
Thank you for providing additional information so I may look into this for you.
I will update you using the contact email you’ve kindly provided.
I will be in touch very soon.
So pleased to get these beautiful…
So pleased to get these beautiful turquoise tiles… not only were they exactly what I was looking for but they were greatly reduced.
The website was so easy to use. I ordered some samples and they came so quickly. As soon as I opened the box I knew what tiles I wanted so ordered them straight away as stock was limited.
I haven’t had them put up yet as I’m waiting for a new bathroom, but can’t wait to see the results.
Thankyou so much
