Customer service absolutely second to none. Thank you. Great tiles, perfect delivery, and coped with my error in ordering without any issue

Tile samples all arrived quite quickly, well packaged and with free postage. Very useful service. Thank you

Tiles are lovely, but one of the boxes was a totally different shade. Matt black instead of shiny grey/black.

I contacted Ca’ Pietra with pictures and was expecting them to say they’d send another box for me (as Victorian Plumbing did when the same happened). But they just advised me to buy some stone guard spray from them and spray them when fitted. :o

This was my 10% wastage box out of 18 boxes at £28 each so now I have to hope I don’t waste any tiles. :(

Good communication, regarding transportation and arrival times. Only on tile broken, so not 5 stars.

Ordered 50 sqm of Marlborough Porcelain Parquet tiles on the 9th of September, via a retail partner (Clapham Park Bathrooms). Was told it would likely come back into stock on the 3rd of October, give or take a few days, subject to change etc, which is understandable. Chased this up all of last week as we need to give our builders and kitchen installers a heads up. Am told today (2nd of October) that the earliest it will be restocked is 14th of October. Called Ca Pietra and spoke to Karen, and explained my dissatisfaction at a) the delay in delivery and b) the lack of communication given the knock-on effects of delaying building works. Essentially zero customer service, blaming it on all on the suppliers and I was on the receiving end of a response in keeping with "tough luck". Have bought tiles from Porcelanosa, Mandarin stone and claybrook for the project and can confirm their customer service is miles better. Terrible experience of ca pietra so far and will avoid in the future.

Still waiting on a refund - it has been three weeks now. The tiles are beautiful, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Despite chasing multiple times by phone and e-mail, and their website saying refunds will be processed within three days of receipt, I am still without my money. I don’t think I will use this company again. This is not an acceptable way to operate a company in 2024.

Customer service were okay in solving damaged (stained tiles)

But every sheet of mosaic had unevenly spaced tiles, wonky and just poorly put together

Too late now as fitted but wouldn't buy from them again, for the price per sheet I expected 100x better quality

Excellent service. Lovely tiles

Swift delivery of tile samples and they are lovely and of fabulous quality.

Fantastic company, samples came quickly and were high quality and reasonably priced - we will be putting in an order asap for our new bathroom.

Quick delivery of samples.
Excellent quality.

efficient company who despatched tile samples promptly

My email and 'phone conversations with Ca Pietra have always been very helpful, so top marks there. My review is a warning about Ca Pietra Foundry Bianco tiles that I ordered having received some samples and also seen the website picture. The samples and picture looked white but when installed they look very much off white, almost creamy and a bit dirty looking (the industrial look?) so I'm disappointed. Not Ca Pietra's fault but I'm just passing on this info for anyone else who thought that these were 'white' tiles. Perhaps Ca Pietra could encourage customers to send in pics of their own installations so that you don't just get just one view of these tiles - or any other tiles for that matter.

I placed an order for sample tiles and half the order did not arrive. When I contacted Ca’ Pietra’s customer service team, they told me more stock had just come in and that my order would be with me in 1–2 working days. That was 8 working days ago. The order finally arrived this morning. No updates or follow ups from the customer service teams regarding the additional delays.

Beautiful tiles. Great delivery.

High quality product. Timely delivery and accommodating dispatch team when a top-up was required for next day delivery. Highly recommend!

I've bought some beautiful National Trust tiles in the sale. I had a little problem online ordering so phoned up. A young lady was extremely helpful and the order was placed. Delivery arrived on time, no problems.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful tiles.
