Customer service was really helpful. She went above and beyond to get the part I needed that was on back order

Thank you! Products were great.

Easy website to navigate made the purchasing process a breeze. The item was delivered quickly with updates about its movements. The seco vest fit properly as advertised.

The item I originally ordered was out of stock. They immediately called me and found a suitable replacement item- and honored the price of the original item. Great service!

Everything went smoothly, they had what I needed and it was delivered pretty quick. Great experience ordering from Capital Surveying Supplies

Marker flags are of high quality and packaged well. I used them to mark my above ground pet fence wire since I have too many trees and large vines in the ground to bury it. Now anyone working near the pet fence wire knows it is there and are careful not to damage or disrupt it.

Products received were as advertised and very fast shipping.

You sent the wrong part. It was clearly not what was photographed on the confirmation page prior to delivery. I asked for a power charger. You sent a car lighter charger.

Great Service at a reasonable price

At first I only received half of my order, but then the warehouse manager called after I reached out, resolved the problem, and over-nighted the missing part of my order. Great service, thank you!!

I was able to find the survey books that we needed and they arrived right on time

I haven't received a response to my previous message. It has now been two weeks since I purchased the software, and I still have not received the license key. My order continues to show "Waiting Manual Verification," but no one has been able to explain what that means or what needs to be done to resolve it.

This delay has been extremely frustrating. I paid for the software two weeks ago and still cannot use it. Please let me know what is causing the delay and what steps are being taken to complete the verification so I can receive my license key as soon as possible.

Always a Pleasure. Products are shipped in a timely manner and website easy to navigate.

They had what I wanted in stock. Fast shipping. Surveyors vest with lots of pockets. I’ve had mine for a couple of years now and it has held up really well. No torn stitches or holes in it. Light enough air circulates through it. Life saver in a hot climate. Buddy at work wanted one like mine so I ordered one for him. Good experience, good product.

Quick shipping on a hard to find item I struggled to source.

The item that I ordered was lost or stolen while in transit so I contacted your company to see what could be done. The agent was so helpful and was able to replace the lost item. Great customer service.

The items were shipped and delivered in a very timely manor.

I liked that this company started in their garage and has now grown to a large scale company. I always look at reviews before purchasing from a new company, and these reviews did not disappoint!

Sells stakes and hubs by the bundle. Quick service

The company kept in touch regarding my shipment. I received my surveying instrument in an acceptable amount of time.
