We are sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
If you happen to remember who you spoke with when you were given the recommendation, it would really help us look into what happened and make sure we address it internally.
To make sure we get you exactly what you need, could you please let us know what item you’re trying to use the bracket for, or which specific bracket you were needing? Any details you can share about your setup will help us send the correct one.
In the meantime, we’re more than happy to take care of this for you. We can provide a prepaid return label for the item you received and send you the correct bracket right away. If you need it urgently, we can also expedite the replacement shipment at no additional cost due to the inconvenience.
Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll handle everything from here to make this right.
Once we’ve resolved this for you, we’d truly appreciate it if you’d consider updating your review to reflect your experience with our support.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to fix this.
