I contacted PayPal first as the website I bought my item from was misleading, I was buying an item in Australian dollars and there was no information telling me it was in US dollars so I paid more for an item than I thought it was.
PayPal cancelled the item very quickly.
I contacted the website after PayPal and they said it was in delivery (within 30-60mins) already and couldn't cancel my item.
PayPal cancelled the payment and the misleading company had no choice but to cancel the item.
Great work PayPal.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
I placed my order for a bluetooth dongle that I read on Facebook. Should have known then that it was a scam. I ordered on 9 April 2026 and have been chasing delivery since. They finally sent me a shipping site which finally guaranteed that I would receive the delivery today (after the package had supposedly arrived in Perth 5 days ago). And, of course, it did NOT arrive today. I called the contact number in Victoria at 4pm but the recorded message said that I had called outside their operating hours of 9-5 and to leave a message!
Two weeks ago, I ordered the same part from Amazon for half the price and received it the following day. I am a total sucker and should have realised that this was a scam from the very beginning!
Trouble Connecting
The unit works well when it connects, but I have to keep on pairing it back to my vehicle after it's turned off and I get back in and turn it back on.
I am over having to keep going into my phones Bluetooth settings and select forget, search for the unit and then try and pair??? WTF
My cars always picks up the devices signal, so it's my opinion the devices software that is an issue and has to be addressed.
I also can't follow the instructions to update the devices software that it tells me to do?

Email customer service has been great. Purchase process, no email receipt for order and long wait for delivery.

Very frustrating purchase. Cancelled immediately as I realised the amount had gone through in US$ not AUD - even though I was on what I thought was the Australian site.
Reply was also immediate but did not resolve issue - was told order had already gone through! A miracle! Further contact only told me I could return on receipt which I was unable to do. They then offered me a discount to keep product which was no good to me. This I note has been encountered by others.
Fraudulent sales, long delivery and unsatisfactory product.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I tried to alter my order within 30 minutes of placing it and they said it has already shipped. Despite emailing multiple support people, I received replies with the EXACT SAME WORDING. Likely they are using AI to send standard replies. I received notices weeks later to say that the order has been received, and then it has been shipped. So obviously it was not shipped out within 30 minutes of placing it. It has been a month now and I still haven't received anything! This is a very unethical company and a TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I've now been contacted by a support person and working with him towards a resolution. I will give them a week to see if they come up with something agreeable.

Shonky Business
I have no idea what their products are like however the way the run their business is shonky I ordered a usb dongle on the web site through my phone authorized paypal to pay then the website takes you to offers page, for 2 dongles at discount (fair enough) what you dont realize that the paypal has been set to automatic payments. I may have inadvertently clicked another page I certainly didnt intend to anyway net thing I know their is a separate paypal payment for US$171. I immediately got onto there page to cancel the second order and shot off an email. They emailed straight back to see whet they could do but their shipping was quick. I thought no worries this should be fine and left it. i check my email later and find they claimed to have already shipped the item. Bloody shonky, this is not the way you do business

I wanted to order a wireless bluetooth…
I wanted to order a wireless bluetooth adapter. That is ALL I wanted. Only one. As I was working through the order process, the web-site kept offering to upgrade my order to more units. I declined both attempts. then I was told I was the 1 millionth customer and to choose an item that appeared on the screen. Only all these items had prices and there was no way to escape the screen except to move forward. By the time I got to the checkout screen(they already had my card info) I was looking at the bluetooth device I wanted and now there was an additional charge for a warranty which was never mentioned and ALLof the millionth c ustomer items had been added to the order. I imeediately contacted customer service in writing and called them telling them to cancel the order. I was assured by the customer service rep.(Raffy) that my order would be cancelled and I would receive a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail I received said the order had already gone to shipping and could not be stopped. I replied and requested to have a pre-paid, pre-addressed label sent to me so I could return the order. I made it clear I did not want the merchandise. A second e-mail from customer service said upon receipt of the merchandise to contact customer service for return instructions. These guys are sooooo shady it hurts. I have made my card holder aware of all of the above.

I placed my order over 10 working days ago and contacted customer service twice. they can't confirm shipping and can't give me a tracking number. All they say is that they will get back to me, as they can't access the information at this time. That was yesterday. Still waiting..................

Dodging company.. do not buy anything from them.
CarConnect pro solutions and its payment system Commerce Core UAB are both dodgy and feel I’ve been scammed. Won’t cancel order within 1 hour - made excuse it’s packed and already shipped. Still waiting on tracking data even though I’ve emailed them many times. My only hope is PayPal will refund me but was told I have to wait until the 15th of may for this to happen to give the merchant time for goods to arrive. Not hopeful judging by other comments here.

There was a glitch with the delivery time, after I contacted support the order arrived as promised in 7 days. Unfortunately the unit did not work with the car setup. Again I contacted support and Leo was very helpful, explained that I was going to get information to return the order to carconnect after filling out the surgery that Leo at support send me. I will wait for the product return information.

The customer support I received from Carconnectpro was quick, hence the three star rating, but not entirely satisfactory. When I wanted to return the item I purchased they told me that I could keep the item and they would give me a 25% refund, I refused and asked for the return address once again, then they offered me 45% refund and said I could keep the product, I accepted just to get rid of any further hassle. I never did receive a return address. Also their 90 day return policy is not valid, they told me it was only 30 days from the day the item is received, so it appears to be false advertising. The item I received was definitely not new, it looked used and had a bunch of scratches on it, I think it was a previously returned item because it didn't work properly. To finalize I have a useless item and almost half my money back, and Carconnectpro have more than half of my money and have gotten rid of a useless product. I will not buy anything from this Company again, future buyers beware!

Misleading Checkout Experience
I made a purchase using the Paypal Express checkout option.
Nowhere did it mention shipping costs or extended warranty, yet I was charged for both. These charges would have been a consideration before I chose to complete my purchase.
The company should be upfront with any additional charges and not hide or obfuscate these details.
My Credit Card company, through PayPal also flagged it as a risky transaction.
Finally, I could see no indication on the site to indicate that the purchase was in USD. Most sites I visit and purchase from know where I am and asjust the currency accordingly.
My purchase hasn't arrived yet and I have received no shipping information. I am now hoping that I do get what I have paid money for.

Con artists! AVOID
Ordered an AA wireless adaptor but ended up paying for 3 other items I hadn't ordered or confirmed that I wanted to buy. (It is a blatant lie that add-ons have to be confirmed before purchase) Within half an hour of ordering I contacted them to cancel my order only to be told that I couldn't as it had already been dispatched!!! Their refund terms state you can cancel within 12 hours - so much for that!
* 12 hours after they appeared on my bill, I raised a fraudulent transaction claim, for the 3 additional items I hadn't ordered. PayPal agreed and PAYPAL, not supplier, refunded me for these items.
* I also opened a case, through PayPal, to obtain a refund for the adaptor (and the extended warranty they had added without my knowledge) Conversations though PayPal with the supplier went nowhere so I informed them I would be escalating it to a claim with PayPal when applicable. The day before I was able to do this I received a full refund for all items (despite them supposedly having been sent!) What a dishonest company.
