Cardiff Tools Avaliações

Quick service and the product was as expected. Very good experience all around.

The product I ordered had not yet arrived after one week.
Cardiff Tools very quickly resolved the problem by dispatching a replacement, which arrived promptly within 24 hours. Thank you very much Gemma and Liam for organising the replacement!

The hacksaw blades came from a known brand ,good price and arrived on time.

Good website, good price, quick delivery, free postage.
All good.

The tool is as expected.
The outer packaging was secure but roughly assembled - crumpling the plastic packaging of the tool itself.
Delivery time was alright but could have been better.
Overall, I would rate the experience as 3.5 stars but not poor enough to earn only three stars.

Price was very competitive and the goods arrived exactly when promised.

Good range of tools and good prices.
Quick and reliable delivery service.
Status updates received.
Order arrived in perfect condition.
Will certainly order from Cardiff Tools again.

Very easy process to order and the air compressor arrived the next day.

Fantastic customer service and high quality item delivered very quickly

The items were delivered right on time. I do appreciate that a lot.

Delivered by Royal Mail, much better than courier ( Evri ), left in a safe place.

Delivered earlier than expected and a good price

Godd price, fast shipping.

First Class service. Thanks very much.

Quick response, adjustable breaker bar works well, looks good quality, and great price. Will definitely check out their shop next time I need some tools.

My product was wildly overpriced and was two weeks late! Utterly shocking! It wasn’t even Royal Mails fault, all theirs! They posted it too late… I will NEVER shop here again, you disappoint Cardiff.

Really good price and next day delivery, nothing more to say, no room for improvement, they could not have done any better than they did.

Item delivered as stated in good condition - well packaged

No complaints; the item purchased was competitively priced and arrived within a reasonable timeframe.

In addition there was an issue with the delivery address (incorrectly pre-filled by their site which I failed to spot before confirming the order) which was dealt with swiftly after I emailed to bring this to their attention.

The cost was excellent, and the item arrived quickly.
