Quick despatch and delivery
Quick despatch and delivery! Needed a replacement 10mm (of course) and was able to get it cheaply AND with free shipping -- which is refreshing when so many other stores charge an absurd about for postage.

Prompt Customer Service.
I ordered some discounted tool from a major brand, and this store was the cheapest. They provided great delivery times, and fantastic prices!
Will be using again!

Brilliant service and good price from this company, sadly let down by useless postal service. Would recommend using Cardiff Tools in every respect, but I think I'd prefer the chance of another delivery method to be available at cost.

Resposta da Cardiff Tools
The listing stated that when the itrm is ordered it then goes onto back order and can take between 1-2 weeks to dispatch. Customer purchased 17th March PM. We dispatched 29th March. We beat the advertised maximum dispatch time on this order, Many thanks.
Very good service indeed
