Spoke to Alisha hewlett-Byrd today as I needed some update info on the dbs check, normally when you call up a company you get passed around like a yo yo and no one cares, but Alisha was fantastic!! She was really patient and extra helpful which is exactly the kind of service that you need when you call up a company, I couldn’t have been happier with how she was, great girl and an asset to the company!!!! Charlotte Dickinson answered my questions regarding my DBS application having been told by my future employer that I had failed the DBS ID check. I was very anxious and she explained the steps and that it had been received and was being processed. Thank you for the reassurance. Very professional.

Both Sarah and Lily were extremely helpful with my DBS checks. As I was unfamiliar with the process, they patiently clarified the points I was unsure about and explained everything in a clear and straightforward manner. They were articulate, professional and very easy to speak with, making the whole process quick and stress-free. Excellent service throughout.

Demo started on schedule and I had a problem with my mike so Sarah helped me to resolve the issue. Sarah explained how to use the Dashboard in a very systematic way which I found easy to understand. As soon as the demo was over, I was able to register my organisation and send an invite to my team members with a few minutes. Good job!
