I called Care check today and a lady helped me resolve the issue I was having, very patiently.

I booked online for a demo on how to use the website for enhanced dbs. The team were very helpful in ensuring I received the link for the demo. During the demo, Sarah R was very nice and informative. I was really able to grasp the concept and everything about how the website works. I was also able to ask questions on anything I was unsure about. Overall, I would recommend any organisation to sign up with Care Check Ltd for Dbs or even to just do the demo to see if it is for them.

As a provider requiring Care Check service, we had only used the service once, but now required a number of checks to be undertaken. We had a few technical issues around logins and access, due to the administrator being off work. I called for assistance, an immediate answer and spoke with an advisor called Charlotte D. She was welcoming, professional and most importantly, very understanding . She was not only able to resolve the issue but assist me in enhancing the process by adding some more users.
