Charlotte was so helpful and resolved my issue over the phone. This organisation is so easy to deal with and have a true customer centric approach.

The Care Check team is amazing and recently Sarah resolved and issue very quickly.
We have been using Care check's services for more than two years for 14 of our Care Homes. Their Services are excellent and also they have competitive prices.

Sarah has been great, starting off with a helpful demonstration of the process. The whole process has been relatively straight forward, from a administrative perspective and stress free from those completing the DBS check form.

The staff are care check are really supportive and helpful. Starting a business and on-boarding staff can be complicated and time consuming. The service that care check offers makes that process slightly easier, the dashboard makes everything streamlined and it’s easy to see which stage you’re at in the process.

I needed an account set up for my new role so that I could check DBS applications for my team, and the team at Care Check organised this very quickly for me. I had then noticed a typo in my name (unusual spelling) and Sarah sorted this so promptly.

Fantastic customer service experience with Elisha. My company is relatively new to the Care Check platform. I encountered some technical issues(100% operator error) which i required assistance with. I contacted customer support, Elisha took my call and walked me through the issue, stayed on the call until the issue was fully resolved. Elisha was ultra-patient and really good to deal with.

Great after care support when trying to refresh our Charities DBS checks.
Online guides and info tips were really helpful but then when we needed additional support Sarah was quick to respond and help us with our questions and get us back on track. cant fault the service.

I called Chloe Emptage regarding a DBS query, she listened, and we were able to resolve an issue that had been to and fro for a while within a quick chat. This was followed up immediately with confirmation and a partial refund. Great.
