The medication is not expired – The product you received is valid until 28 February 2025. This provides ample time for usage, especially considering your stated six-month supply. We take great care to ensure all items shipped are well within their expiry date.
Transparency and customer support – We handle hundreds of inquiries daily about product specifications, including expiry dates, and we are always happy to assist. However, you never contacted us to confirm the expiration date before placing your order. If this was a concern for such a large quantity, we believe it would have been prudent to ask before purchasing.
Our commitment to quality – As an online pharmacy, we do not stock expired items. Our pick-and-pack team works directly in the warehouse to ensure products meet the highest standards before dispatch.
While we respect your right to voice dissatisfaction, we must address the misleading nature of your claims. If you remain unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the items within 7 days of receiving them, as per our policy.

With a little trepidation (slightly dodgy English on website), I ordered a hard to obtain item (Iberogast) from this company last Sunday. Order was acknowledged immediately, shipped as promised by DHL (from Bulgaria), and arrived today, Tuesday. I am very pleasantly surprised, and would definitely use them again, (All info is in Bulgarian, no English available, but easy to access online, so no problem)
I ordered a box of ACC 200 sachets from Care from Nature. This product is commonly used to ease productive cough in Europe, but not available in UK. Care from Nature delivered my order within a day as ordered. The packaging and the sachets were intact and came with an English product information leaflet and they added a few facial cream samples which was a nice surprise. I’m very happy with the service.
