They do everything excellent but the shipping is a little slow but over all they do a good job.

Very personable, helpful and accurate. I took my battery to Burning Man for a couple of weeks and they worked like a charm. The only thing this vender didn't know was how to turn off the heated items to reduce power draw. I found out how to do this on a You Tube video.

As a long-time customer, in one word,Care Medical Source is a delight.
I have nothing but praise for their friendly, competent and prompt service.

Great service. Been buying products for 29 years. Great customer service. I have no complaints

I needed help to figure out what I needed to replace parts on my Quicke II, and Heather was of great help!

did a excellent job with my order

Great web site - and superb customer service when needed/

I purchased an expensive wheelchair cushion and found it to be uncomfortable, so I asked for instructions for a return. I received a rather terse email reply telling me that it had to be received by them eight days from then. I complied and sent it the next day. When I received no confirmation from them that they had received the cushion and no credit to my credit card even after emailing them for an explanation within a month, I contacted the credit card company to dispute the transaction. I had my tracking information showing that the cushion was received 3 days before the due date. The matter was resolved by the credit card company. Just be warned!

Every time we order the people and service are great

Representatives are always professional, and ask all the pertinent questions.

I live in Hawaii and I am a long time customer of Care Medical Source. The people I have worked with over the years have been consistently helpful and highly ethical. I truly appreciate such great service!

The most reliable, friendly and affordably priced medical products provider I have used and I have used a lot of them over the years!

I have been a customer for probably about 20 years or ever since you started. I always know when I call I can rely on professional honest help. I have come to know Heather well as I knew previous employees also, Heather and others are always very patient as I decide on my order, In addition if I ask something they are not sure about they willingly take the time to research the product and contact me with their findings. It is rare that any order takes more than 1 day to receive. Your pricing and customer service are FANTASTIC! I'm an occupational therapist. In my routine work day I have had the opportunity to recommend your company to many. Keep up the EXCELLENT work!!!!

Great people to help you with what you need and very experienced. Will shop there on most occasions first for whichever I need for my wheelchair.

I’ve bought many items over the years from Care Medical Source. Most items ship in a timely manner, other get drop shipped from the manufacturer. I’m happy with the products I’ve purchased and enjoy talking to Heather when I’m shopping for wheelchair parts. Care Medical Source has helped me keep rolling for over six years now. Thank you Care Medical Source!

customer service representative was very helpful when I ordered and when I had to call back because a piece was missing. she re ordered with no troubles.

Always recieved Excellent service when ever I've called in an order. I usual deal with Heather, who goes out of her way to make sure, everything gets delivered correctly. If there happens to be a problem with an order, she is right on top of it, to solve the issue.
