As Described, On Time, Great Communication
Items are exactly as described and definitely authentic. It took a few weeks to receive the package, but the vendor had noted at the time of purchase that it could be over a month, so I'm pleased with the delivery time as well. Communication was thorough, clear, and helpful. I recommend this company and will order from them again.

The team at Careprost did a fantastic job of communicating the order and shipping status throughout; very much appreciated. The shipping took awhile (which is to be expected as it is overseas to the US). So, the updates assured me that my order was on track.

Everything’s good except delivery a bit slow. Tried for 2 weeks but no obvious results yet. Some side effects for me are eyes very dry and itchy after applied the serum.

Hello PAMELA MORRIS,
Sorry not to have replied sooner. Due to Covid-19, many countries have decided to cut flights or even shut down their air space for international flight services which is why shipments are stuck / delayed. Most of the tracking websites has put disclaimers about the delay in delivery of shipments so as we did on our website. We request you to wait for sometime as you will receive your shipment soon. We request your co-operation / understanding in this difficult time. For any further assistance, please feel free to email us at admin@careprosteyedrops.com👈
Best Regards, Careprost Eye Drop Team.
