simple and straight forward application process coupled with a value for money premium. Only wanted a weeks cover as I dont usually hire a car on holiday and Carhireexcess provided the best solution as I didn;t want to buy an annual policy.

Easy to compare different options…
Easy to compare different options (wordwide vs European, single trip vs annual) and purchase. I've fortunately never had to claim, so can't comment on their service. Price seems reasonable, but I don't know what other providers charge. Definitely better than using the hire companies' option.

Renewal was seamless and straightforward. I've been using CarHireExcess for a number of years now and have been totally satisfied. Had to make a no fault claim in April and it was processed smoothly and efficiently.
