I don’t travel anywhere without car hire excess cover and my business goes to this company every time. I had to make a small claim many years ago. It was fuss free and settled in no time. Whilst that claim was thankfully an isolated one, Car Hire Excess provides real peace of mind and at a great price too.

Websire easy to navigate and minimal information required. Terms and conditions presented clearly, and exclusions highlited. I made an error on start date and was able to make the change online a few hours later and was ver easy to do, with updated documents sent within minutes.

Car hire excess automaticically renewed me, however I won't be hiring a car this year, they took the payment out but when I phoned them to let them know I won't be hiring a car this year they reanberced me within 24 hours. Will definitely be using them again.
