This is a brilliant construction recruiting agency who is operated by engineers from different backgrounds. So it makes it so much easier to communicate with them as they understand what your needs actually are. They put a lot of effort into each of their clients, they ensure you get the most out of your job and will find methods to make your life easier yet beneficial.
I was registered with many different recruiting agencies when I graduated. I finally came across CarmichaelUk who then called me for a face-to-face meeting. Which involved meeting my agent and explaining to them what I am looking for. Within less then 3 months I got a job, having said that I only just graduated. I had a job within 4 months of graduating whereby other recruiting agencies are still failing to find me a career (even though I am not looking for any). Moreover, they are regularly in contact with you and in my case my agent already mentioned the next job they will try getting me a position on.
I highly recommend that you register to this agency, as they have really good links with small to large companies.

Easily the best recruiter to deal with especially for Aussies in UK

My experience with CarmichaelUK was initially very attentive thanks to Peter L, however, this was 13 years ago. It was unfortunately followed up with a poor fleet vehicle experience. Having been issued a vehicle in an unsuitable condition there was a complete lack of motivation to rectify the situation. I resolved this by sourcing my own project vehicle and have not worked with CarmichaelUK since.

Carmichael have been a great agency to work with. All staff have been very helpful.
