Have always had an excellent experience when visiting Caroline Randell. They have the most beautiful items, not just lingerie and the service they offer is very personal. It is lovely to have a shop like this in Wimbledon. You don’t need to go into London for lingerie and associated items. My latest purchase was a beautiful Helen Kaminski raffia hat and bag. I’m all set for summer.

Very happy with my new Empreinte bra. These guys are just great when it comes to advising on size and fit and I love their range of lingerie. Im sure I will be ordering again!

Terrible customer service. I purchased a very expensive swimsuit which arrived the day before I was supposed to leave on holiday, sadly it didn’t fit at all. Their sizing are awful. their was no return form or address included in the package so I had to email them to ask where to return it to. I left in the morning to travel overseas and had no access to internet whatsoever. I came back to weeks later , got the email they had sent me with an address and posted back straight away. Now they refusing to refund me because I was pass their 2 weeks extremely strict policy by a couple of days. Refusing to use a friendly discretion to a faithful client is shocking to me.
I informed them i would leave a review online and they couldn’t care less.
One thing for sure this behaviour lost my custom.

I saw a beautiful nightgown on the website and wanted to buy it as a birthday present for my wife, but I was a little nervous about buying online from a store I had never used before. I emailed the store and they were great, they responded very quickly and went the extra mile to make me comfortable about the purchase. The nightgown arrived very quickly, the quality was great, and my wife loved it. I'm a very happy customer
