We recently purchased an engine for my sons truck and couldn’t be happier. They are very helpful ensuring you get the correct part per your vin number. Engine installation went smooth no issues. My mechanic was also impressed. The core return process was easy as well. Top notch service! Would highly recommend them.

This was an easy website to use to find my transmission; exactly the one I needed for my car.

Great customer service. Quick shipping and engine as described. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I tried to order via the website the night before and it wouldn't let me and I had to wait until the next morning to speak with one of there helpful representatives.

Super UntrustWorthy bought a motor from them recived the incorrect one sent it back expecting to receive the correct one & never recieved anything back only a 500 dollar refund out of 2,500 that i originally paid for & yet still wanted me to pay an extra 5,000 to get sent the correct motor.

I ordered an engine, it never arrived. I called about my order and they told me to reject the order when at no time did I reject it, and they only gave me less than half the money of what I paid, I told them that I wanted it but they are telling me that I have to pay the full price again. It is a scam, do not reject or return the product at any time.

I’ve been buying parts for years. The level of professionalism and deep knowledge of the products this company offers is unmatched. Great prices, great people, great quality parts.

Bought a ram hemi engine for my son’s car and couldn’t be happier. I looked at several companies before making my decision and so glad I did. They were very patient and informative. The warranty is excellent! So far the engines runs great and would highly recommend. Price was great too!

Great experience! I needed a replacement transmission and I did my research and it looked like the dealership was overcharging me (typical). I went to CarPartPlanet and initially ordered a transmission that wouldn't have worked. They reached out a directed me to the right part and the dealership installed the used transmission for me. It has been about 6-months and I've had no issues with the transmission.!

Do not do business with these people. Paid for an engine and it was put on "hold" with no notification and sold to someone else. I was told 3 different stories as to what happened by 3 different people. George and Jay who are salesman and Charlie who works with warranties. Charlie was the most helpful the salesmen were exactly what you would
expect. If you need anymore information go to their Better Business Bureau page. 40+ complaints in the last 3 years.

"I was a little hesitant ordering a reman transmission from so far a distance as I'm in NC. But I looked at reviews and 5-year warranty and I thought to myself, this company has to do great quality work to offer such a good warranty! So, I made my decision and ordered it. It was for my 07 Toyota FJ Cruiser. It arrived within 7 business days and paint job was great lol.... My mechanic just installed it last week and I've driven it about 100 miles so far and is smooth as butter. The only thing that's left is the core return pickup which I do have a BOL for once driver shows up. So far so good. I would recommend this company and will use them for further transmission needs. I own a dealership so I'm sure Reman will be hearing from me in the future! Thanks everyone!!! 5 stars for sure!!! Tracy

I have a hard to find component that they had in stock, Jay was great with helping me. I'm only able to give 4 stars due to I'm waiting for delivery and to insure correct component is received.
