They supplied guardliner for Honda Civic instead of Honda Civic Hatchback. When I asked if I could send it back for refund a few months later they refused.

They promise to send you the right parts, then they send you the wrong ones. They then ask you to pay hundreds of dollars for a "swap-fee" even though it was their mistake. Will never be shopping here again.

Early last month I submitted a request for about 10 parts to be ordered over the phone within the following fortnight, with part SKU numbers. When following this up I got an initial quote for all the parts with the correct names and all. When I went to order these they said I needed a new quote because the one they gave me could not be honoured, even though on the same document it says "Quotes are only valid for 30 days from initial quotation date". I thought it was odd but they price did not change, so I did not worry about it. I got the new quote over the phone and purchased all parts over the phone. Even though they had already emailed me in the past they did not send me this new invoice/quote until the day after I purchased the items because "[they] wrote [my] email down wrong". When I recieved this invoice, all was well but they changed the names of some parts. This is where they get you. When I called to ensure that they were right, they said they were right, it was just because some people right parts down differently. Of course they sent me the wrong items, I have a SV6 and they sent me omega and SV6 parts. I could make do with most of them but the bumper needed to be changed. They refused it was their fault, despite me giving SKU numbers and wanted to charge me $350 to swap the bumper.

If this business wants to stay open, either use your SKU system because this is EXACTLY the reason why you should. Considering in other reviews many people had the same issue, I am inclined to believe it is deliberate and use this to make a quick buck. I had called them many times and tried to make it as easy as possible for them not to send the right parts but the people running the place either know exactly what they are doing or have the intelligence of a 10 year old.

DO NOT buy from this business.

Sent me wrong part even after description on invoice was the correct part. Then charged me freight both ways to get the correct part. Were not helpful just wanted to cover their own behinds. Don't use these people

Car parts were supposed to be delivered from Sydney to Melbourne on the 18th of March. It's the 25th now and only 1 part of my order arrived on the 22nd. The other 3 are still outstanding.

Their delivery service through TFM is beyond a joke. Carparts2U are telling me to chase them myself but they're not responding.

How is delivery supposed to be my problem? Carpart2u can't blame this on their 3rd party delivery people.

Spoke to Matt who talked me through my order, the part very reasonable price.

Received so quick in good order. Look forward to ordering my next parts.

Excellent service. Had a Subaru bonnet delivered to Melbourne. It was well-packed and arrived within 3 days. Can certainly recommend them to anyone needing car parts.

Repairing a car can be daunting and there's a number of stages where you think you may have taken on more than you can manage and then you reach out for support to panel beaters and parts sales and the negativity and rudeness of suppliers confirms your thoughts and then once in a while you come across someone who restores your faith in what you're trying to achieve, so thank you Connor, I would have loved to have supported WA but paying for shipping out of Sydney based on the efficient and quality of service is commendable, am very grateful and definitely worth every cent.
