Gordon Dinnage - Carpenter & Locksmith Avaliações

Gordon fitted fire doors, a stair rail and replaced a fire retardant gas meter cupboard for our rental property. He is professional, his work is very good quality and came in on budget. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and we've asked him to do some work on our own property based on the workmanship we've seen.

Gordon is a true master of his trade. I am delighted with the work he has done for me. Barbra

I found out about Gordon through a friend after being stung twice recently by recommendations via Facebook (Hanover community group).

Gordon is experienced and skilled and I will be keeping his business card very safe for the future.

Gordon has sorted out many problems for me over the years: opening locks I’ve lost the keys to; rehanging a door when the (inadequate) hinges collapsed; even freeing a friend’s teenage daughter when she got trapped in her room after the ancient doorknob became stuck.
No problem is too small (a frequent boast of many businesses, but true in this case); and his pricing is fair and reasonable.

Excellent from start to finish
Dinnages Property Maintenance is a great company to deal with. From the first contact, Gordon was very thorough and knowledgeable. His quote to fit to size my new front door and install the door furniture was clearly itemised, and he was happy to answer my many questions and provide advice. I was kept updated throughout the job and works were completed on time and on budget. I would happily recommend Gordon to anyone who is looking for craftmanship and excellent customer service.

Gordon is great! Carried out job quickly and to specification and on budget. Highly recommend. 5*

Very pleased with the service from Gordon- responsive communication, prompt attendance and good suggestions for improving our house security. We felt very reassured that he had our best interests at heart. Pleasure doing business with him 😀

Gordon has done a couple of small jobs for us-fitting new locks on the front and then the back door. Both times he responded very quickly to our plea for help, turned up exactly when he said he would, and just got on with the job without any fuss. It was exactly what we wanted and we were very pleased with the results.

Gordon has helped us with a number of different jobs over many years. He’s always been very reliable, honest, friendly and tidy! He definitely looks for solutions to problems in your best interest for the long term. He’s always gone above and beyond in trying to help and can attend very quickly to advise and fix or if not will point us in the right direction. We would highly recommend!

Gordon is a real craftsman who takes pride in turning out high quality carpentry work. He has a great eye for detail and matching his work with period styles recreating the original aesthetic. Hard to find such a person who is also friendly providing excellent value. Highly recommended!

Gordon was recommended to me by a local tradesperson as I needed a couple of doors trimmed after having new flooring fitted. After I contacted him Gordon got back to me promptly and it was easy to arrange a time to get the work done, so good communication. He was punctual, arriving at the agreed time and was very friendly and positive and quickly got on with the job which he did to a very professional standard whilst being mindful to keep things tidy. I was extremely satisfied with the work Gordon did for me and would happily recommend to him.

Gordon has looked after my sea-facing flat for a number of years, helping out with a variety of maintenance projects from sorting out locks to replacing a balcony door. He is a skilled carpenter and locksmith, utterly reliable and a pleasure to have around. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending him and his work.
