We regularly review our pricing to ensure that we remain competitive and continue to offer our customers the best possible value. Unfortunately, cartridge prices have increased significantly, as have the costs of many of the products we sell. We adjust our prices in line with these increases, while absorbing a significant amount of the additional cost ourselves wherever we can.
We completely appreciate that cartridges can feel like a frustrating or “grudge” purchase. However, we also want to point out that our prices are clearly displayed throughout the purchasing process, giving you every opportunity to review the total cost before completing your order. There is, of course, no obligation to proceed with a purchase if you feel the price does not represent good value for you.
We also regularly provide opportunities for customers to save, including discount codes and promotions, specifically to help make purchases as cost-effective as possible and offer free delivery!

I purchased the Canon PG-575XL and…
I purchased the Canon PG-575XL and CL-576 Black and Tri-colour ink cartridge bundle. I assumed that the colour cartridge was also XL, but it was not. It could only print less than ten pages of one-sided A4 and then ran out.

Thank you for your feedback. We were disappointed to see your review. As you have acknowledged, you assumed that the colour cartridge was also the XL version. However, the bundle title clearly states that it contains a PG-575XL Black cartridge and a CL-576 Colour cartridge, and this is also clearly detailed in the product description. We therefore feel it is unfair for the review to reflect negatively on us for something that was clearly stated in the listing and resulted from an incorrect assumption.
That said, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the number of pages you were able to print from the colour cartridge. You told us that the prints were for a design graphic project that covered 70% of a page. The stated page yield is based on approximately 5% coverage of an A4 page and it is therefore expected that the cartridge would be used considerably faster. As a gesture of goodwill we offered you a discount on a purchase of future cartridges so you could complete your project and are pleased that we have been able to resolve this for you.
