Swift service, great customer support.
First time ordering from here, and I made a mistake with the cartridge reference. Emailed to cancel the order and their team member, Maki, processed a refund the same day. Service is so swift that the order still shipped the following day. I was able to use the freepost recycling envelope provided to return the cartridges.
