Had a deal to take my 2013 dodge journey with front end damage for $850 if I got the title in my name and some other requirements. After spending over $120 and 2 months of my time I finally got all the ducks in a row. All that was left was the pickup and payment. It was then that they decided to take back their offer and only offer $300. Never doing business with this company again and I suggest that nobody else does either.

I had to get the title changed over to my name from my deceased son’s name. Tori with CarVio told me no problem, offer was still good and I would hear from transport company. One week later I got stock number from CarVio, called transport company and transport had been cancelled. 😡😡😡

Told me I could get $775 for my car and it would be picked up Tuesday between 8-12 am. They called back saying they didn’t enter it in the system right and I could only get $650 and then said the first available pickup would be Wednesday 8-12. My car didn’t get picked up until almost 4 pm. Other than that I did like the convenience of just calling getting a price and handing over the title, and getting a check. I would use this service again if I need to sell another car quickly, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with this experience.

Before I sold you my car my phone was being blown up with your messages and calls but after the sale I needed some assistance regarding if I need to report the sale and so but you were not responding and left me stranded without help. That's unprofessional and unethical.

The process was quick once I decided to take the offer. The offer actually increased from the initial offer so I can say I am a satisfied customer and will use CarVIO in the future should I need to sell another vehicle.
