The process went smoothly. Communication was definitely top tier. They gave me an offer and that's what it was! Will recommend to anyone getting rid of a vehicle.

It was a very easy process. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is I felt they could have paid me a little more.

The partner company called me incessantly, but when I asked to schedule the pickup, they asked me “what was the hold up?” When I informed them that I did not live where the car was being stored, they said they would call back on Monday to schedule a pick up. When I told them that it would be better on my end if we scheduled in advance as opposed to last minute, they would not do that. I ended up selling the car to someone else with much less hassle.

Very friendly and helpful. Asked the necessary questions to ensure they knew the condition of the vehicle and access to the vehicle.
Offered a fair amount for the vehicle. Ensured all necessary pictures,documents where all in order prior to sending a driver.
I have recommended them and will again...thank you!

Very easy process, got money for my car within a week! There was some miscommunication with the company picking up the vehicle, tried reaching Carvio for help but never got anyone to help, I had to figure things out on my own, which is why it was not 5 star.

Text are automated... or ignored my text content. I stated several times to contact me on Friday because I work.
Then when I did call. I was told I could only schedule pick up for the next day... I work on Thursday, I am off Friday.

the process was very simple and to the point. No back and forth. 3 days later car is out of my possession with check in hand. no frills no fuzz and straight to the point.

Whether you’re selling a car or junking a car, the process is the same. I needed to get rid of my pickup that basically became a paperweight to me , in my quest to get the most back from it I was able to, I stumbled on Carvio, told them what I had , they made an offer and set the rest up. Not one time did the offer change or I get any static. Tow truck driver they contracted showed up to my address with check in hand for said amount and truck was hauled off just as discussed. Ran to the bank to deposit and was a happy man.

Great communication from start to finish except for 1 glitch. On initial agreed pickup day the towing company was a no call no show. After calling carvio they got right on it and pickup was rescheduled for two days later. Went perfect. Driver called to confirm then called again ½ hrs before arriving. Great company...highly recommend
