Perfect!
I ordered dulce de leche, which often arrives slightly broken or opened when I buy from other sellers. However, Casa Argentina made sure it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I also ordered Chocolinas biscuits, and although some edges were slightly damaged, I understand that’s unavoidable when products travel from so far away.
Not my first time ordering and certainly not my last!

Good food but thermal box
I ordered tapas de empanadas and creamed sweet potato and quince to make empanadas and pastelitos for 25 de mayo. The food was just as good as at home in Argentina, the delivery was quick. I have been ordering here for years and will continue to do so. The only reason I am not giving it a full 5 stars is that when I added the tapas to the cart it asked if I wanted to add a thermal box and I clicked no, but at the checkout it was still charged and sent with the delivery.

Nos alegra saber que el pedido llegó bien y que disfrutaste de los alfajores, las Chocolinas y el resto de productos argentinos.
En cuanto al producto de turrón, nos gustaría aclarar que en este caso se trata de una oblea (wafer) rellena con una crema de turrón y maní, y no de un bloque tradicional de turrón. Tiene una capa crujiente de oblea con un relleno suave de turrón y cacahuetes tostados, lo que le da una textura muy diferente al turrón español clásico, que puede ser duro o blando en formato de tableta.
Por eso, la textura puede sentirse más firme por la propia oblea, ya que está pensada como un snack ligero y crujiente relleno, más que como una barra de turrón tradicional.
Te agradecemos mucho el comentario honesto y esperamos que el resto de productos te haya hecho sentir un poquito más cerca de Argentina.

Good products, expensive shipping
Casa Argentina has a very good product selection, but shipping is pricey for small orders.
After a few years, I recently browsed their website without logging in, making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter. Shortly after, I received an automated email prompting me to subscribe (which I didn't), followed by days of repetitive unwanted marketing communications. This approach feels incredibly pushy and intrusive, even the way the emails were worded, to the point where it discourages me from visiting their website in the future. Unfortunately many business are adopting this pushy tactics.
Casa Argentina, you are a successful business with good reputation, you don't need that.

Update: Indeed, I had a prompt response. I have just sent an email explaining that my browser automatically filled in fields with an email address when checking shipping fees and this data was captured and used for marketing without my explicit consent. This is the reason of my feedback in regards of marketing emails.
