4. Return Shipping Costs

5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process

I am very sorry to hear that your delivery did not arrive in the condition you expected. I completely understand how disappointing it must be to receive frozen items defrosted and packaging that was wet, especially when the products themselves looked great.
When shipping chilled and frozen food nationwide, external temperatures and time in transit can sometimes affect how frozen the products arrive, even when they remain safe to consume.
However, we also understand that the overall delivery experience matters, and in this case it clearly did not feel right for you.
