Avoid this seller. Huge delays in shipping, basically a dropship model without the consumers consent. I emailed with a request to cancel my order and refund me as has been several weeks. They responded and intentionally ignored my request to cancel and refund and sent me a tracking number that said my item was still in China. (I live in the us)
I emailed again re-stating to cancel my order and I’ve since been ignored.

Case feels and looks grate, shipping took a while, but arrived in perfect conditions

My order was incorrect and I never received my second case. The color is way more bright than what was shown in the pictures.

Still have not received my item and I did not realize it was coming on a boat from China. I’d like to get my money back or the product I ordered and please don’t send me an email in Chinese. I don’t understand.

Placed the order, never received a confirmation email or tracking number. After a week I had to find the website and send an email asking for it before I reported it to my credit card and 3 days later they sent me a tracking number showing that they just shipped it, and reminded me that their shipping takes forever - I really didn’t think I was getting drop shipping BS based on their website but by then it was obvious. 2 weeks later it’s here, in an envelope with zero related info on it - I didn’t even realize what it was. It’s absolutely a cheaper, shittier counterfeit version of what I thought I ordered for not much less - they marketed it (and even the case) like it was an Apple product. 95% sure if I hadn’t reached out they never would’ve sent me anything. Save your time and money and just buy from a real website, this one shouldn’t be showing up as a top result when looking for Apple cases and I hope they get sued honestly - they’re absolutely infringing on copyright and purposefully misrepresenting their products as a license good when they are not even close. Don’t be fooled! I’d post this review to their site, but of course they never gave me the option and now I don’t see reviews (when I did at first glance when originally bought). VERY sketchy.

The Apple wallet is inauthentic and took way too long to deliver. Chile anyways..

Placed an order on 4/3/24. Never received a confirmation or an order number. I was charged over $70 for two iPhone 12 cases. Have no means to inquire about the order. Had to file a claim with my bank.

Products were brand new, in unopened original packaging with tamper seals still on the packaging. Shipping ended up being a few extra days due to unforeseen circumstances, but the products still arrived promptly and exactly to-order. Will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

I ordered a new phone case on 03/05 & received a notice on 03/23 that my package was lost. Little to no communication in between. They did offer to refund, but I'm not trusting that process too much either.

I have been waiting for a tracking number for weeks since I’ve made my purchase on 2/8/24. I have also emailed the support email everyday regarding the status of my order as well as requesting to receive a tracking number and have yet to receive a response. BBB and others should have this site banned if it is scamming people.

The delivery time was too late. It would be appreciated if it would deliver in one week.

This company ripped me off. I never got my product and they refused to refund me. And made a false excuse. DO NOT ORDER from them. They are a scam! Be aware!

The product was great, but it took 2 and a half weeks to arrive.

The case is funny, and the color looks sick I love it, but I was a bit disappointed by the quality. The case ripped after a month of using it near the volume buttons. Probably, this is just my case, because I saw other comments and they were good. I guess this is just a defective one.

Do not trust anything they are writing in their site about delivery time!!!
By on Amazon if you don’t want to wait 4 weeks to get your iPhone case delivered… item bought on 10/07. It’s 10/29 and still no delivery. The transporter they are using is a total mess and they are not willing to either expediate/reship with another carrier and their customer service is unwilling to refund despite all this, just keeps sending you the tracking information and are in no way otherwise accommodating or helpful. Clearly: just don’t buy from them directly!
