Do NOT purchase from them
counterfeit product as other reviewer have pointed out. Do NOT trust the reviews on their website, they are fake and false. The case I received was of really bad quality and has a strong unpleasant smell. I would even doubt whether or not the product is safe to use.
After I requested a return, they said there would be a 9.9 USD return fee despite the poor quality.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and a till not…
Ordered 2 weeks ago and still not delivered. According to the tracking my order is sitting in a warehouse somewhere in Los Angeles. Hasn’t moved since I ordered. I messaged caseovo through the Shop app (tracking) and all they sent me was the same exact tracking info I was already looking. I’ve emailed them still waiting for a response. ALSO I cannot find anywhere to cancel my order…even if they do show up, I’m still returning for a refund. If an Etsy or Depop seller can send their stuff out within a week, there’s no excuse for a company this large. Get it together Caseovo!

The product I received is a counterfet
The product I received is a counterfeit Apple product. The quality is sub par, color is not a genuine Apple color, and it was shipped in fake Apple packaging. I reached out to the company twice and never received a response. Order off of Ebay if you can.

The company responded to this review stating they have a 30 day return policy and to email their support address. As stated in my original review, I have already contacted them twice, including at that email address, and never received a response. Their customer service is garbage. Do not order from them.
