My phone case arrived with a scratch, so I contacted customer service and provided photographs of the damage. Unfortunately, I received no response. I then followed up to request a refund, as in this time I have purchased a replacement phone case elsewhere. Although a replacement was eventually offered, it was too late. I was then informed that I would need to pay the return postage, despite the item arriving faulty! I queried this, but once again received no response.

Overall, I am disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of communication and customer support. The experience has been frustrating, and I would have expected a much better level of service when dealing with a faulty item.

I also attempted to leave a review on the company’s website, but it appears that only five-star reviews are displayed, which raises concerns about how transparently customer feedback is presented.

Disappointing- ordered a case with a sun scene after looking up cases for my iPhone 17pro. When delivered, a third of the design was missing because it the design didn’t fit around the camera i.e. no sun, just a big hole in the case for the camera section. I emailed the company for return - and they replied giving me the return address. I sent it back using special delivery at my own expense. Royal Mail confirmed the parcel was delivered but I’ve had no refund or response from the company - I’ve sent multiple emails and no reply. Now having to contact my bank to report them.

Easy to use website, good choice of phone cases on offer and reasonably priced. Good quality and quick delivery.

Excellent. Lots of choice at a great price. Recommend.

Great design - worth the extra - and arrived promptly.

Ordered mustard tartan phone case, it is beautiful 🫶 arrived super quick.would highly recommend this company, will definitely buy more. Thankyou!

I have ordered with this company for the past 6+ years.

Every new phone I get I purchase a new case, the hard shell inner with the outer case in the best designs.

My phones have never become damaged using these cases. Best case around.

Good communication. Quick delivery and replacement of a case that didn't quite fit correctly.

Beautiful phone case, delivered on time.

Stunning cases and so sturdy - my phone ends up being dropped All the time - by kids and adults 🤦‍♀️ Not a scratch on either of the phones I’ve had Casetful cases for - perfect! 💕

Love my new phone case. They have really good designs, it’s a sturdy case (toddler proof!) and the delivery was good. Can’t fault them, to be honest. I’d definitely recommend ❤️

Great product, and great service. I contacted customer services to query something and they were extremely helpful and replied very quickly. I would highly recommend purchasing from these guys!

Site is easy to navigate. The product pictures are true to product fit and colour. There are lots of styles to choose from. Well worth a look!!
There is an “Are you sure you picked the right size!?” email sent after your purchase, which is a thoughtful touch.

Colour was nothing like that on the website.

Beautiful strong case and prompt delivery.

Love the cover, good value for money
