If I could give a zero I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They’re fraudulent. They stole my money. I tried calling them and they blocked me. Use more reputable companies like World Remit. It’s hard supporting small businesses such as these thieves.

Never again a bunch of lies I sent money on Wednesday as of today recipient is backwards and forwards with their lies -I Don’t recommend anyone as they are appalling-imagine funds were required for Thursday 24/2/22 today Saturday 26/02/22 no convincing explanations

Refunds after cancellations process very appauling system and too slow.

Money not transferred on a Thursday but remains pending on their website - two phone calls with assurances it will be processed and promised a phone call to confirm completion of the transaction - nothing by Sunday evening. Still waiting.

Excellent service through and through. On 13th April 2020 I send mobile top up to my niece in Zim. She got it.
Have been using them for a year or more with excellent service

Someone called me about a transaction I made to Zim. I told them to reverse and he said he was going to relay the message to finance and that refund will be in 48hrs.
That never happened.
A week or so later the money was withdrawn.

I have been trying to get in touch with customer services with no luck. Dont use them and dont trust your money with them. World remit are more reliable and responsive. Plus pick up points for person on other end are limited with cassava remit .

Not happy that cassava does not send the reference no to the recipient as we had to wait for days and had to finally text the ref myself to the recipient,,

I wanted to send £10000 to Zimbabwe but your requirements would have taken me a week to gather. I used your competitor who has a daily limit of £50000, only requirement as a customer is you pay through your bank whichIi did and my transaction is done. For small transactions you're super good. You need to revise your requirements as a lot of people in the diaspora at some point need to send large somes as we need to buy and fix our properties back home.

Only because the person who I spoke to could not give the answer I needed at the time. But they got back to me the next day I was happy. So its 5 star.
