Excellent service. I always send money with them and they have never disappointed

I was impressed by the whole process of sending money. It was quick and efficient and that the recipient had no problems getting US dollars. I also liked the fact that the recipient receives a text message and also that the cost of sending money is competitive.

Great service but the shortage of USD at Steward Avondale branch meant the recipient failed to get their Xmas money on time. Only managed to get their money after Xmas which is not good.

Receiver didn't get cash, rang to enquire if there were cash issues and was told no. I was then told to tell my receiver to go back to the bank again to collect and again she was told to come back another time. Why couldn't I be told the truth that there was no cash instead of being told there was no issue with cash. 2nd time sending with Cassava and right now not confident with sending with you.

Good customer service especially on the receiver's side when they pick the money. Well done.
