Given that we are currently in the grip of a world pandemic looking to rent a home is not a great idea!. However, Ricky Veale (Lettings Manager) made sure he "pushed" the Landlord to get this done as quickly as possible. In fact, it only took 11 days from our first viewing to getting the keys and it would have been even quicker if the Landlord hadn't slowed things down (to be fair, given the situation nothing anyone could have done quicker).

I have had the pleasure of being a tenant in a property marketed and managed by Cassidy & Tate since the summer of 2018. From my first contact with Gemma in lettings the relationship has been a benchmark in this segment of the property market where tenants often are reminded in a negative way who the property company ultimately works for. The relationship has grown even stronger as Stephen and Annette in the property management team have become involved and I would without hesitation highly recommend their services.

We had a couple of faltering starts selling our home but throughout C&T were supportive. Advising us to take our home off the market, rebrand and start again is perhaps unusual but in the event it was spot on and representative of the expertise of Siobhan, Ricky, Chris and Stuart. Ricky & the team were very helpful and responsive throughout the process of renting a flat in St Albans. We moved into the property 2 weeks after the viewing which worked well for us. Zero respect for tenants... having rented over 20 properties in my time I have never encountered a more cold and careless estate agent. Ricky in particular was horrible to deal with. I will never use this company again and would urge others to look elsewhere.

In response to the reply below, we made our complaint and you ignored it. Bit late now, act when tenants complain and you might avoid these reviews.

We were recommended to Cassidy and Tate by a friend, really pleased that we did, their local knowledge was considerably better than the other agents, price wise they were realistic and offered examples behind their rational and provided us with a quality service from start to finish - and yes they managed to sell our old house, something the previous agents had all failed miserably.

I had the pleasure to work with Ricky from Cassidy & Tate's in finding a new home for my family. Having not long ago switched to being a contractor, I had some hick-ups with referencing because my accounts were not old enough to qualify even though I could easily afford the cost of rent.
