After BREXIT and then Covid-19 selling our house was a daunting prospect. Duncan Cohen took the reigns and from Day 1 reassured us with his positive attitude and out and out professionalism. We could not of asked for a better representative from Cassidy and Tate. Duncan could not of been anymore proactive in his approach to selling our house, regular updates and varying stratagies were very welcomed. Ultimately resulting in the sale of the property for the right price.

Used C&T for sale of a flat. The process was straightforward and completed within a reasonable time frame despite problems with the leasehold.
I dealt mainly with David Tate and Siobhan and they always made themselves available whenever I needed to talk to them.

We have been so pleased with the service of Cassidy and Tate, they produced a terrific brochure and portfolio of pictures to get our property on the market. This was followed up by a very personal service by our assigned agent, in this instance Ricky Veale.
