Graham was a pleasure to deal with and after not getting a viewing the previous weekend on a house he organised a Friday evening viewing. We loved the house, made an offer ( saved 20 viewings from happening the next day ) as the offer was excepted. It certainly made up for the disappointment the week before and on balance it was for the best. Being new to St Albans he recommended a conveyancer. Graham and his team smoothed over a few hiccups but made the whole experience as seem less as possible.

Kris, at Cassidy and Tate finally sold our house earlier this year due to the covid situation and another problem Kris kept us well informed throughout, it was far from straight forward but with his experience and perseverance dealing with solicitor's etc we got there in the end.
