The sale of my mother's house was not easy, especially as I live 230 miles away. Graham provided a supportive, smooth efficient service, backed up by a helpful team of staff. I would highly recommend Cassidy and Tate estate agents.

We cannot recommend Cassidy and Tate highly enough during our recent house move. To move during the pandemic, was quite stressful, but Kris Bartos led us through the whole thing; his many years of experience really helped, from the initial marketing, through to viewing and securing a sale. Kris and the whole Cassidy and Tate team were outstanding and kept us informed throughout. The pandemic made things difficult with Solicitors and removal companies and although we were in a small chain it proved difficult to actually finalise the sale. Throughout this tricky period, Kris and his team were there to help and certainly the ultimate completion would not have happened without his considerable expertise.

Interestingly when we first approached agents regarding the sale of our property Cassidy were not who we thought would be our final choice, then Graham turned up on the doorstep! He is knowledgeable, professional and gave us the extra confidence we needed to progress.

They were the gift that kept on giving as then the lovely Hannah took over with the viewings taking a huge stress from us. She took the time to listen and could answer vendors queries as if she had lived there herself.

Siobhan is then the icing who is truly professional with her continuous updates and keeping us involved in things happening on other sides of the chain.

Nothing was ever too much trouble - it is a no brainer!

Duncan provided professional, effective and efficient service throughout the sale of our house, which became quite tortuous (through no fault of Duncan or Cassidy & Tate). It took quite a lot longer to get an offer than Duncan initially expected.

Awful. They have too many houses on the books and have not time for you. Some people put notes in my door cause they were ignored by Graham. People asked for 3 weeks to see my house and were told they couldn't get a hold of me.
WOW. - glorified car salespeople with no qualifications dealing with my biggest financial decisions! Liars too.

Stuart at Cassidy and Tate was extremely helpful when we were selling our house in St Albans. Very professional photographs were taken and sensible selling price was given. We sold our two bed house after only a couple of viewings and all was hassle free. Great experience. Will use again if we ever decide to move.

Annette and Hannah have recently become our new property managers,we have been with another company for 5 years. Cassidy&Tate are totally different,I cannot believe the prompt efficient service,not at all what we have been used to.
The property had been neglected by previous property management team,so there are quite a few little things to be fixed.
I cannot praise Annette and Hannah highly enough,thank you for excellent customer/tenant service.

It has taken me a long time to review. Cassidy and Tate are pros, all are experienced and work hard to sell your home and most importantly to manage the process. I’ve used Cassidy and Tate for a purchase, sell and letting! We’ve reached the price to sell, buy and let - the whole team from sales to back office are there on hand to help you through the arduous process. My neighbour recently sold thanks to our recommendation too. I would hesitate to recommend.

We have found a property to rent through Cassidy and Tate and honestly couldn't be happier. We had been searching elsewhere for around one month and had been really disappointed with other estate agents who never delivered what they promised. We dealt predominantly with Annette who was fantastic from the get go and a breath of fresh air! Within a few days of getting in contact with Annette, we had found the perfect place to live, put in an offer and got a call back saying we were accepted (not like other estate agents who never seem to deliver messages or call back). All in all, the whole team seems lovely, and I highly recommend Cassidy and Tate.
