We received the fireplace when they said it would arrive, well packed and exactly what was shown in the pictures. Delivery guy very helpful. Only wish was that it had installation instructions to show which section to install first ( needed a little working out). We also used cement board to first fix tiles rather than place these individually, this made life a lot easier when putting the surround together.
Looks very smart, thanks

Great company to deal with. Very good communication throughout and delivery was on time. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent products. Prompt service. Comparatively priced

The fireplace surround has an impressive appearance. It's well-crafted, offering a solid build without seeming too bulky. Although the delivery cost was high, it was timely and the item was delivered without any issues. The communication throughout the process was excellent.

I needed to order a replacement fire and called to make sure I was ordering the correct one , the member of staff I spoke to was extremely professional and helpful . My fire was delivered within a couple of days. It has now been installed by a local plumber just in time for Christmas . Many thanks.

Extremely happy with my fireplace from this company. Excellent value for money, and the price was very competitive with other firms. The delivery to London was prompt within a one hour time slot as advertised and the fireplace was brought inside the house. I had already chosen this company, but felt even more confident when my fireplace fitters quite spontaneously recommended them without knowing where my fireplace was coming from.

Had to cancel order cause of family circumstances and cast fireplace refunded me virtual straight away next day, very good.

Stunning fire surround, great customer service from initial enquiry to delivery day

Item was as described and looks amazing. Communication and delivery was prompt.

My black cast fire is absolutely stunning , I couldn’t be happier with it , I chose the bioethanol option and honestly it’s so simple to use yet so effective , you can’t beat the look of a real flame and even though really it’s only a decorative fire it actually throws out quite a lot of heat . The company were really helpful and when I emailed with various questions I got a prompt reply . I absolutely recommend 😊

Great service, excellent product, quick delivery, and a good price.
Very happy and would recommend Cast fireplaces everytime.

We love our new fireplace. The customer service was great. When we had ordered the wrong hearth the team sorted it really quickly.

Great customer service. Happy to cater delivery to my area and a day that suited me

After doing plenty of research we found the prices here unbeatable. They buy in bulk and are able to pass the savings on. We ended up travelling a 5 hour round trip to visit this company as we were in a major rush to get it installed and the package was unbeatable.

The service in the showroom was brilliant and the email responses from Mark were brilliant and so timely.

Really happy with our purchase, I'm not one to leave reviews but had to on this!
