Booked a journey home from Gatwick, as I have done several times before with Castle Cars, especially if my flight arrives late in the evening. It takes the pain out of any potential final journey woes. This time was as hassle-free as always. Reliable and very affable drivers. I won’t hesitate to continue booking airport runs and other journeys with Castle Cars.

We had a taxi both ways to a wedding venue. Both the taxis were on time, we was notified both times when taxi was on route and when they were at the destination. Both driver were nice and friendly. Both cars was very clean and tidy would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if we are ever in Tonbridge again.

This is my go to taxi company for booking airport runs. They're reliable, drivers are courteous and friendly and keep you updated with texts. After booking, you always receive a text with all the booking details, so you know that everything's correct. They keep track of your return flight, and driver calls you when you land. Usually they work with you to time it so that you minimalise extra parking or waiting fees. They make the journey home much less stressful when you're tired after a long flight. I think they're reasonably priced, but I don't have other companies prices to compare as I only really use them.

After being let down by another local taxi firm last week, I contacted Castle Cars (which I should have done in the first place!) to take my daughter to the station and they have been fantastic. Very reliable, a good communication system advising of when they are on their way and what car + registration is picking up for safety, they have been bang on time every day and very friendly (and competitive on their prices to boot). So, would very much recommend them and will now be our go to when needing a taxi, as opposed to the clowns we have had to deal with before in Tunbridge Wells... Nathalie F.
