I use Castle Cars regularly, at least once a week to the supermarket and then back home and for any other journeys I have to make. I have dealt with Castle Cars for many years and would not dream of using a different taxi firm. Castle Cars offer a very reliable service at competive rates. Their taxis are spotlessly clean, always on time and as a regular user I have come to know a lot of their drivers, who I consider to be old friends as they are always very kind, polite and helpful. You can't beat Castle Cars for reliability, service and value.

On time, clean car, polite driver and responded promptly to online booking enquiry. Will definitely use them again.

I know I can rely on Castle Cars to do a great job. Arrived Heathrow yesterday after long haul flight. So comforting to see the taxidriver waiting with others....courteous, understanding, and efficient. Thanks to him and a clear M25 I was soon home.

Castle Cars did an amazing job in providing excellent service with impecably clean cars. We hired Castle Cars to drive us around Kent for a few days as we were visitng from the USA. They were prompt and very friendly. They deserve the awards they earned.

This is a very reliable taxi company . When you are in the taxis you feel safe which is important nowadays..the drivers are always on time.sometimes they are even early..
They will chat to you if you want to talk.. the Office staff are so polite and very helpful .a truly good company ,I won’t use anyone else . Julie W

My son had to be collected from school one evening. Castle Cars made sure I knew when the car was en route, the car and driver details. The driver was on time and called after 2 minutes when he could not see my son. All resolved and no issues but very efficient and considerate.
