Scammers booked flights for our daughters wedding and was advised my E tickets would be sent in 24 hours. Never happened. I called airline and they said I do not have a reservation. Tried calling every number listed and it disconnects. Tried emailing and it it says not deliverable! Now I’m working with credit card company to file fraudulent charges and get my money back. And having to sell a kidney to afford our flights to the wedding. These people are total scammers!

Worthless company never got my flight, never got my refund. No one answers the phone number to call. Scam all the way

Do not book on this site. Booked a flight payed the price. They called me back with in two minutes. Saying the flight are full. Then say I can pay double the price for confirmed seats on the same flight he just said was full. Then said it would be a service charge to cancel my reservation. Big time SCAM!! Stay away

This is the first time I have ever written a negative comment about a company. I come from a place that mistakes are made and give people the benefit of the doubt, however, don't steal my money!

I was charged 1288.80 from Catch Any Flight, a third party travel agent. I purchased nonstop tickets on American Airlines from JFK to CanCun Mexico. My flight times were changed three times including a stop over in Miami, Florida. Because the flight was no longer direct and the times were changed more than an hour from my original itinerary, American Airlines was offering a full refund, however, Catch Any Flight needed to provide me the refund. Catch any Flight said I would receive a refund, I have been waiting almost a month and was told my refund would be 1895.00. 684.00 dollars less than what I paid them. I keep getting the run around without an explanation. I have contacted my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.

I spoke with American Airlines and they indicated the Catch Any Flight has received a Full refund on their Visa Card!

We had several couples (4) booking flights last eve.(3/4/20). Bruce White was very polite and patient with us. Things can get pretty wild when our group gets together, but he was very nice. He deserves a BIG THANK YOU got his good and easy going disposition!!!

So far, the service has been very good, as are the prices. Bruce White called to finalize and verify the information, and he was very professional, helpful, and patient.

I would have to give Bruce White credit for calling me and getting everything right, and then followup, he is very polite and professional with my reservation. however, the site need to update the the pricing daily or honor the given price.

I was booked to leave for Hawaii and they did not bother to warn me, by email, text or any other means of contact that they had cancelled the reservation as I found out the evening before my departure date. They offered no solution or compensation for ruining my trip. I strongly advise against using this company as they did not honour their price quote, . Thumbs down to them.

At first I thought I had been scammed out of my money because I didn’t get confirmation of my booking until after a few days the money had been taken out of my account with no email verification or anything and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone on the phone.

But then I got a hold through email with Donald and I realized my email was put in wrong and he transferred everything to my email and I am confirmed for my flights. Still waiting on my receipt I asked for but I am glad that I was able to work everything else out with him! Will let everyone here on trustpiltot know how it goes after I get to the airport in a few days! But for now, I definitely recommend Donald and catchanyflight

Do not book your flight on this website they set me up I order four tickets to go Trinidad for the carnival and I never got my ticket when I call them back Adam said give them some more time 24-48 hours I will not recommend this website to book your ticket ever they messed up my vacation and now I have to pay double the price for four tickets because I miss the deals waiting for my ticket on the website the supervisor was supposed to call me never call me they're lucky I gave them one star
