I used CatDoes to attempt to convert a Lovable project to React Native, per the CatDoes documentation. When CatDoes timed out, the AI assistant submitted a support request to the team. The team never responded. I eventually disputed the $100 charge and canceled. CatDoes was able to respond to the dispute, but never responded to my support request. It's not worth it to continue the dispute process with them, but I do hope that this review leads to them losing more than the $100 they more or less stole from me.

Very poor value for money and disappointing customer support.

I paid €20 for CatDoes and could not even finish my first basic build before running out of credits. That alone was already frustrating, because the credit usage felt completely disproportionate to the actual progress I received.

The worst part was the support experience. I reached out and explained the situation, hoping for either some extra credits to complete the unfinished build or a refund. However, customer service was unable to help and told me I was not eligible for either option.

So in the end, I paid €20, got no finished product, no useful export, no refund, and no extra credits to complete what I started. That is a terrible first experience for a paid service. Exports in fact are only avaliable at an even more expensive monthly plan, which to me just seems like a greedy way to get peoples money.

In my opinion, the credit model is unclear, the value is poor, and the customer support did not provide a fair solution. I would not recommend CatDoes to anyone unless they are willing to risk paying for credits and potentially ending up with nothing usable. Or a very expensive expirence.

I recently subscribed to the Pro Plan ($25) to build my application. I had high expectations, but the experience has been deeply frustrating.

The AI agent got stuck in a continuous "design loop," burning 93 out of my 100 monthly credits on minor UI refinements before even starting the software/code generation phase. As a result, I have paid for a subscription but have zero code to export or sync to GitHub.

It feels like a "credit trap" where the AI prioritizes repeating design tasks over actual delivery. For a paying user, it is unacceptable to be left with a depleted account and no technical output due to the tool's own inefficiency.

I have contacted support via their form and am waiting for a resolution. I would like to update this review if they restore my credits and allow me to actually finish my project, but as of now, I cannot recommend this platform for anyone with a serious development timeline and a limited budget.
