Cavavin - The Wine Shop Avaliações

Great shop, fantastic wines and amazing service

Great service, selection. Of the four bottles, three were outstanding, the fourth (the barbera) well made, but a bit too classy for the grape type. We’ll be back. Thanks for being there.

Cavavin is a gem of a wine shop offering some great value wines to suit all tastes. Louise is always willing to share her expertise of wine and really listens to your requests & expectations. Suggestions have never disappointed from my favourite wine shop in Galway city. Enjoy !

The welcome for the customer and the knowledge of the products topped off by the quality wines available makes cavavin an excellent place to buy wine for any occasion. Top notch.

Very relaxed atmosphere, ease of experience, helpfulness of staff.

Always a fantastic experience, service level in picking out the wines that suit me but also delivery

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, attentive without being pushy and really excellent selection of wines

Brilliant experience as always. Excellent quality and service. Exceptional wines and selection from all over the world. The tasting experiences are a bonus - I just discovered other wines that I like.

All my favourites are on my account so I won’t even have to keep a note of the names. Highly recommend it!

The wine fair was so much fun and we got to discover new wines that we absolutely loved! The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was fantastic value!

Amazing experience overall. Staff were super friendly and helpful with finding wines suited to our tastes. We had great fun trying out new and fun wines that we never would have discovered otherwise!

Excellent wine store with good selection. Good range of prices, good recommendations.
Friendly ambient.

Great help and advice from the team, plain speakers, see what you like and steer you to what you'll love.

Excellent delivery, very secure packaging and prompt arrival. Lovely wine selection.

We had a really enjoyable evening at a Friday wine tasting, with Louise guiding us through a really engaging range of varied wines, all accompanied by some delicious charcuterie bites.

Donal knew what I was looking for, sent on a link for a payment. Delivered safely within one day. A no hassle service from start to finish.

Will order again - without question.

When you need a supply of good wine ,it is so good to have it delivered to the door !

Honestly the staff member had no rush on them, queued to buy a bottle of wine and they just kept talking to the people she was currently serving, stopping and starting the wrapping of their purchases to have a chat about their holidays ( which is lovely if there wasn't a queue) did not call anyone to help her, or say 'I will be with you soon', waited 10 minutes to be served and I was second in line.

The assistant who served me was so knowledgeable on her wines and was able to help choose a wine and also recommended there wine tasting evenings.I had also stayed for a coffee and a scone and the scones were the nicest I have had in the city.Great value. Will definetly be back.

My husband and I recently visited Cavavin for the first time to explore their wine collection. Whilst there we were introduced to new wines and to their whiskey collection. We are both relatively new to the world of whiskies and have a particular favourite, but must say this will be our go to place to explore both new wines and whiskies in the future. Staff a very knowledgable, we are fast getting through the whiskey we bought and will be stocking up on the same, possibly sampling a few more new ones. As an added bonus the whiskey is a local product.

Quick and great packaging when i collected my drinks...also good sales..
Will recommend
