Very poor service been trying to ring…
Very poor service been trying to ring for several days on phone trying to get through for over 30 minutes sometimes an hour and customer service don’t pick up sent an email no reply will be ringing omsbudsman

I found Harvey Stapleton to be easy to talk to and a very calming influence. When I wasn’t sure of something he explained what was required.

Sam was really helpful. He explained everything thoroughly. I wasn't ready to take out the new insurance, but he remained patient and flexible to ensure I was given the correct product.

Our adviser
Our adviser, Kate Ashton, was extremely conscientious and helpful, keeping us informed of progress and dealing with problems promptly, during quite a protracted process. She was always polite, cheerful and very professional. Being willing to liaise with Royal London to sort out delays made such a difference.
